I already have an entry gaming mouse and it is great for every-day use, but I have a few bucks lying around and wanted to indulge myself with a more gaming-dedicated mouse. I've narrowed it down to these two:
Comfortability is my main criteria, especially how your hand feels after 3+ hours of nonstop clicking. My hands are more on the smaller end if that helps at all.
Razor naga. Hands down. Even my gigantic hands can hit every button with ease, and I just end up binding the remaining 6-12 buttons to the interface for fun. I've got the naga and the epic and both are awesome. My original naga is almost 3 years old and has ZERO problems still, even though I've used it everyday for WoW raiding. I like the epic better though because you can change the buttons to any color you want, and it can go wired or wireless.
Best mouse eva =D
Edit: And the epic comes with 3 different switchable plates for different hand sizes =D
That mouse isn't specifically made for D3, it just as a D3 decal on it.
Any mouse with 7 buttons on it should be fine imo.
How a mouse fits in your hand is really the most important factor.

"Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?"
Maybe Razer has changed, but both Razer mice I've had have broken within a year.
I currently use a Logitech G500, been going strong for 2 years now. I have 0 complaints.
My buddy and I both bought the razor naga at the same time 3 years ago, and both used for avid raiding in wow (meaning I've been using every button on it, which is actually pretty cool to be able to raid with just one hand) and we both have had zero problems with them. Of course there are going to be some that are just lemons, like anything, but impo they work perfect.
My brother is also looking for a new mouse for D3. However the Naga seems to have a lot of buttons on it (mostly for WoW I guess), so that was a bit of a turn off for him. The D3 mouse is cool, but you can hardly reach the buttons on the right side of the mouse (if you are right-handed).
He's probably going for the new MX518 from Logitech (the G400 it's called).
I have the old MX518 and it works perfect, no issues whatsoever and used it with WoW a lot. Though it has only 2 extra buttons on the side so you still need the keyboard..
I was thinking the Hex too, but it's a good amount more expensive than the regular Naga and the Naga Molten. I was leaning toward the Diablo 3 SteelSeries one, but after reading more about the Naga and how it is very comfortable, I think I'll ultimately be going with the Naga Molten.

The Hex is more expensive than the regular Naga? Aren't they both $70?

Yea the Hex is like 80 bucks + on amazon whereas the regular Naga is around 65 and the Molten Naga is 70.
Lol, I think i'm going to find my old generic white microsoft ball mouse to play with. You people and your lazer diode dark field super 8 button mice, pshaw, two buttons, no scroll wheel, on a cloth mousepad ftw.
Anyone still got the original razer boomslang? Mine's busted but, oh the memories of performance gaming ball mice, waffle.

Those mice balls were great for causing pain to my classmates. Anyone else?

Microsoft Mouse Explorer 3.0 (actually I bought the newest version of this a few months back) Can get it at Best Buy its called the "Legends Edition".
I'm using the Logitech Performance Mouse and it's been working great. My advice, just make sure it has at least 6 buttons (including L/R). I say this because I've found that D3 is alot more enjoyable when you can put all your spells on your mouse, it just feels more natural.

SteelSeries Diablo 3 Specific Mouse

Pros : Specifically made for Diablo 3.
Razer Naga (Molten or original)
http://www.amazon.co...35465849&sr=8-2
Pros : Pretty much the only mouse I'll ever need for any games.

Appreciate any help!

Yep, you can rebind all the buttons. I've left it at DPI increase/decrease for BF3.

tl;dr: Got a Steelseries Xai which I already love, and waiting for a Corsair Vengeance K90 !
I do have a Razer naga but i don't like it too much for D3. Too big/heavy while don't need so much buttons for D3.

Love my logitech, best mouse imo, tried razer, not a fan
