Yeah I know. There's a very good chance this is a waste of time but it's something I started working on a long time ago & I wanted to share what I finished and see there's any point of me making any more of these concepts.
Realistically, I know no dev at Blizz is probably going to care about these but they are way more likely to pay attention to actual design concepts then some long list on a forum.

Nice suggestions, Kadala position is also important but in no act (except 1 and maybe 2) u get a close distance between: portal, identify, blacksmith, kadala.
For BanditShrine/Bounties I wish another thing I always call "Adminmode" when playing with friends. This should give the party leader possiibilites to:
- Reset Cow level
- Reset Bounties after done
- Options to disable: Opening of Rainbow-Portals, Opening of Vault, Spawning of BandShrines, key wardens
Last one is because of those idiots how scream out or port to those portals/shrines in a game which is flaged as "Bounty game".
First ones are things to reduce the need of reseting games.
For legs gem a small change would help more: According to your suggestion - a special screen with your leg gems, like at Urshi. But every gem only drops once then its collected and you just level it (or reset it, when augmenting). This reduce a) items in stock, "oh i forgot my gems on the other char"-resets and so on.
They just need to spawn the cow king in town. After killing the cow queen an ! will appear over his head, allowing you to close the Cow level by talking to him.
Add a new dialog to Tyrael that allows him to reset the bounties after all Acts are completed.
Those options seem kinda pointless to me. You can choose to ignore all of these.
or
Add a new Vote UI where you can call votes to kick players (Current system sucks & doesn't work half the time) or reset the current game without having to go back to the menu. This option would be great for public games, when you end up in a good group.
I'm not sure what you mean exactly. But with this change u can simply un-socket gems at the jeweler and they will be auto organized in the gem tab. It eliminates the need to un-socket the gems then go to stash to store them, when switching characters.
This is amazing, It was a shame they added nothing to this season, I played, grinded and lost interest within 3 weeks.
Even cosmetic changes like a lot you mentioned would help, these all are amazing changes.
As others stated, its a shame Blizzard will never look into it or add any decent changes anymore, the fact they wont even add a toggle menu to enable/disable what you would like auto pick up for seems simple enough,
There is simply not enough stash space if you play all characters and enjoy playing a variety of different specs.
Blizzard should extend the current stash tab cap.
Players who reached Conqueror status after Season 8 should have these (5) stash tabs retroactively awarded to them.
The rest of the tabs can still be unlocked by reaching Conqueror status every Season or by purchasing them.
I fully support Blizzard adding an In-Game Store that allows players to purchase Stash Tabs, Character Slots, & Cosmetic items, especially if it means we get more content.
Yeah, I was considering making a concept that allowed you to select which act to load into, since Bonus bounties are no longer a thing... but I decided a Kadala fix would be more useful. In the perfect world both of these would be added.
Why? I've suggested this concept to several hardcore players, I know, and they all seemed to love the idea. I personally think it would be a great addition to the end game grind; as long as the drop rate is extremely low.
Items used to be impossible to find. RoS was released and fixed this for the most part. However, it also introduced some very rare items for every class, SMK for WD, Fist of Az for Monk, Wand of Woh for Wiz, you get the idea. These items had a ~1% drop chance.
I played my WD for around 400 hrs before I ever found a single SMK. This was a problem. Blizzard''s solution? Ancient items. Players could now find every item in a reasonable amount of time, but you needed to put in time if you wanted an Ancient version of it.
The introduction of Kanai's Cube greatly reduced the RNG factor of getting an item Ancient. Power creep and the ability to do very high GRs at fast speeds reduced this even further.
Primals are Blizzard's answer for people who want/like to grind, like myself. Unfortunately they are very flawed and need some sort of fix.
Haedrig's Lost Hammer is my solution to this.
This combined with my bounty changes, should reduce the time & frustration of finding/re-rolling the items you're looking for.
Don't give up, if we are many and insist on these things, maybe there is a better chance to be heard in the end.
I also wrote a document about a future Diablo, how i wish it to be, and there i have some ideas similar to what you did, i posted the link in the diablo forums, if you want i can post it here also

Really great ideas for both QoL improvements and expanding on end-game aspects such as ubers and item crafting. I hope Blizzard does see this post.

It's unlikely I'll release any more concepts, at least until someone at Blizzard acknowledges these are even a possibility.
None of the Devs or even Nevalistis have bothered to comment on any of these suggestions. They all seem to have disappeared; it's kinda disheartening.
I think I've covered most things that need to be addressed ASAP anyway.
