That was a rather early build where there were no potions at all.
As of now, there are supposed to be potions but they have cooldowns on them, and supposedly may be rather limited in the number you can have access to.
The wiki here actually has the answer to these questions and many more, as well.
To my understandings there will be no more potions, monsters will now drop red orbs that will heal you.
So my questions are:
While playing in multiplayer, will enough orbs be dropped for everyone to regain health?
When fighting bosses, will bosses occasionally drop orbs when you hit them?
And lastly, will there be mana orbs?

Yes, there are health orbs that replenish health too. The health orbs actually heal the whole party.
Not sure if bosses will drop them or not. I could see this being a mechanic used to make bosses harder but i'm not sure there is official information on that.
Most of the resource systems are self supporting anymore. They regenerate through different means (either over time, by hitting/fighting, etc). But i'm not sure if there are going to be items that will replenish them either.
No potions would be quite risky for Hardcore players, so I'm quite sure there will be an option to regain health back in case of a big damage spike from a monster.
Didn't people rage pretty hard about this? That potions will be rare with cooldowns? I don't really remember I just think its funny considering all the rage over the most recent changeses.

Actually the pot spam was a good part of the diablo series, it allowed for encounters to be difficult to survive EVEN IF you spammed pots.
Pot cooldown simply means that they have to lower the theoretical bar, slow down the pace/difficulty
specialy in pvp.
play LoL u'll know, i am thinking pvp in d3 will most likely be similar to teamfights as in LoL
