Well, dropped overpower as you suggested, but changed the startup and truly, it works as a charm.
This is definitely a LOT of fun. =)
NotZizka, thanks for posting the second and third videos, they helped. =)
The experience of pretty much raising the middle finger to any CC endlessly for the pack is fantastic. =D
I want WAY more health for this though... Also, might try it with axe / shield or something like that if things get rough.
Problem is, my main weapon has 255 vit, so, I'm dropping 10k to have life leach. Anyway, with higher gear this will probably be my dream build to face roll. Just loved it when I got it working.
If you want to keep that high health, you can pick up blood funnel from Whirlwind, which scales incredibly with your health pool. Also, this build does work with 1h/shield just as well, if you're looking for some more defense. If you have any specific questions, feel free to hit me up on my stream where I can answer them live.
I may make another video with the same gear showing how easy it is to kill Inferno Diablo as well.
I'm experimenting with those settings now myself. Got back to 60k but dropped my LoH to 600, and got the Blood Funnel. At least now I can take some of the punishment before the fun starts.
There is one issue for multiplayer though, as players scatter, sometimes it is hard to get the tornados hitting things, which screws up badly to quick fury build.
changing frenzy to bash with +6 fury rune is good too. dropping owerpover for for warcry was nice for act 2. if you change WW rune then try to get boots with movement speed.

I was playing around with a somewhat similar build and fantasising about using 1h+shield. If you're looking to do that, I'd like to point out that shields can have +crit chance to whirlwind, which should be awesome for this build.
I'm still experimenting with this as my goal is a2 / 3 farming, but there are a few things it is good to point out, IMO.
1 - LoH can be achieved to 1300 / 1400 easily with dual wielding and an ammy. Those pieces would go for about 250k each. It doesn't need to be perfect, but it can be done.
2 - Get fast weapons. For the main-hand, while a mace is 1.2, an axe is 1.3 attacks per second. Get an Axe. For the off-hand, get a dagger. A DAGGER.
3 - High resists is a must have. Fire resists is the most important one IMHO as you'll be whirlwinding through TONS of shit on the ground like desecration, molten which will cook you down quickly.
4 - Startup to me is Warcry then Battle Rage, one or two hits then run around with Sprint, finally get back punching in the face with WW.
5 - The KEY of the build are the tornados left behind by Sprint. That fuels your Fury AND life with LoH. Remember this when you get Fury starved. Watch what you're doing wrong, aka dropping the tornados at the wrong spot. Try again.
6 - This build is easier to play in single than in multi-player. Reason is that mobs tend to follow you and end up in those tornados. Multi-player takes a while get it right.
7 - You WILL die. A lot more than with a S&B + revenge + charge build. However, you WILL have fun, and not ask yourself why your life is to hold the left button with frenzy and spam revenge.
8 - You will feel like a god when all your friends are running away and you're WW your way in the middle of a double pack pull that is jailer, frozen, nightmarish. Given that you can survive all the stuff they will put on the ground. =)
Still experimenting with gear. I'm wondering if a good shield with 10% crits and a dagger as main is not better than focusing on having a main hand as an axe for Weapons Master. Maybe dropping that or Ruthless for Superstition will do the trick to survive the pathetically bad designed fire damage packs put out. =)
I've been using the mother-build of this one (Double Tornado) for a few weeks, and I have a few suggestions for people that are having trouble either finding the crit to back this up, or the Life on Hit.
This build can and has been done "on the cheap", the key being the Life on Hit is more important than the actual weapon DPS. Personally I have an 897 dps mainhand mighty weapon with 200 ish life on hit, and a 497 dps offhand with 600+ and a socket for 300 more with a star amethyst. The offhand is a terrible weapon with intelligence and set me back about 50k. The mainhand was about 200k and I overpaid even for that. Crit can be done with helm, gloves, bracers, amulet, rings. You can even just pick 3.
I believe that you can only have 5 tornadoes up at a time. You wouldn't be far off to estimate that your dps x5 is your potential dps from tornadoes, and then whatever else on top of that from whirlwind.
If you are having trouble generating fury once you've started sprinting, try using a mighty weapon mainhand until your gear catches up in crit chance. Mighty weapons get 3 fury per hit with Weapons Master passive, regardless of crit levels. Tornadoes hit about 3 times a second, PER TORNADO.
If you are having trouble killing elites, but other mobs go down easily, consider switching the rune on Wrath of the Berserker to Slaughter. If you have even a 25% total crit chance (30%+ should be easy to attain), the amount of extra damage this rune adds is ridiculous, and would be my go-to elite killer if I am having trouble in the later acts. No more infinite Wrath, but you can progress again.
One of the most important parts of this build is Whirlwind with Hurricane. What it allows you to do is move at your movement speed THROUGH mobs, and a cursory bonus I believe is it appears to drop tornadoes more frequently. No more getting stuck in a doorway with mobs on both sides or backed into a corner.
Contrary to popular belief, this CAN be used effectively against one stationary mob (I don't mean Belial specifically) without being Fury starved. This is a kiting build at heart. What good would it do to lay down some tornadoes and then veer off away from it, wasting that tornado on the open air?
Wrath of the Berserker increases your attack speed, which applies to tornadoes attack speed too.
Have a slow but powerful mob you need to drag through tornados? If it's a slow swingspeed let him stand still, sprint and whirlwind one time around him, and then run out when he starts to swing (big brutes with the attack that gets stuck in the ground in Halls of Agony comes to mind). Come back in when the attack lands, and do one more circle and go back out. Slow moving but fast attack? Always run away from it, but zig zag while you do it. The more ground you cover the more often you drop tornadoes. It takes some getting used to, but you will eventually get to the point that you always have 5 tornadoes up, and not a one is misplaced.
Frenzy build with the speed buff can be nice for people with less survivability.
Runspeed to boots is amazing for this build. I want to try it with runspeed on bracers just to see if it stacks.
I used this build with about 500k invested or less to get Act 1 on farm, and another 500k to get Act 2 on farm. My act 2 farm gear has gotten me halfway through Act 3. This is MUCH better than the 4 million or so I had into my tank set that barely got me through Act 1, not being able to consistently farm anything. Selling that gear (hello 1/4 resell value!) is what got me my Double Tornado build gear, and I haven't looked back.
I just got a new laptop, and I will be posting videos sometime of the little nuances I have learned about making a build like this, or the Double Tornado, or other variations work.
More importantly than anything, if inferno is making you want to quit your barb, this spec can change your mind. This is the most fun I have had in Diablo 3 by a huge margin.
Sorry I haven't really been posting any more info on this, I've been really bored with the lack of any endgame besides gear farming. Thank you Liquidbeaver for that post, I think it breaks down everything really nicely. As for everyone saying that there's no way for this to work without a huge investment, I think it's really due to everyone looking for amazing gear to start off with. I really can't comment on the EU auction house, but you can pick up low dps with mid-high loh for much less than some people are saying. Like I've said over and over again, I've only invested about 1.5mil into my gear and can speed farm elites in act 1 and 2, and handle myself if I play smartly in act 3.
This is definitely a LOT of fun. =)

this get me hope up that i don't need 100m to do inferno
