That option wasn't available when i ordered it. I've checked for that option on multiple occasions and it doesn't show up. I have the digital copy so it's not a big deal if it comes on the 17th, i just got it for the extras.
Actually, i think Cherub put up a topic some time ago about Amazon release date delivery and i didn't have the option available on my order when that topic was put up. I'll have to read their page on how that works.
Nobody has mentioned this but if you look at http://i1249.photobu...er149/wings.jpg you can see Tyrael's wings falling off... hence why he is human in http://i1249.photobu...oiler149/ty.jpg. I think Tyrael falls "double literally" upon the world of men (not sure of the exact wording of prophecy, but it is something like that?). He is cast out by Imperius and also is no longer an angel...

I didn't see that the first time i looked. So... I don't know if it would go as far as Tyrael not being an angel anymore. That would be an incredible power for Imperius to have, being able to strip angels of their "angelness"

I didn't see that the first time i looked. So... are the wings actually a part of them?
The angels are actually the wings. The armor is just an image given for interaction with humans and mortal beings. The wings are tendrils of energy which is the actual angel. (It's been stated in a few sources)

indeed, including the book of cain.
But something is 100% going on there.
and we know he does lose all that look later in the game

The more you know
That's the moment he becomes human, I'd say..
My guess:
He casts himself down from heaven before he becomes mortal. We get there in time to see the cinematic of him becoming mortal.

I wonder if Tyrael won't remember anything then, since Tyrael as an angel is essentially dead...?

What gets me about this entire thing is we learn in the book of Cain that mortals are actually half demons/half angels. So an angel cant just become a mortal in Diablo lore. According to the book turning mortal just does not make sense to me.

Makes sense then that Imperius VS Tyrael is Tyrael explaining how he was cast out and not Act IV Intro as it easy to assume after the TV Spot.
The opening cinematic shown the event of Cain and Leah got struck by the falling star. Since that Cain is lost, later Cain got rescued by the player in the early Act I before the SK. Assuming the falling star is Tyrael, that means in D3 Act I, Tyrael is already fallen. The cinematic that shown triheaded Diablo, Tyrael and Imperius should be in the later Act, given the triheaded Diablo is assumed to be the final form in this game.
Actually I am fairly certain that Book of Cain states the armor has nothing to do with humans. In fact: The armor is used to convey a sense of identity. Also, it has been recorded that Angels have worn the armor long before the existence of humans, so the armor is not used to relate to human kind.

I haven't read the book of cain so it may say that. I'm just going off of old lore and statements...like...OLD.
I haven't read the book of cain so this could be the case.
As I was saying...Just because Nephalem are the only mortals known to Sanctuary....To \put it bluntly...It doesn't mean that more mortals can't be created from either the HH or the BH..
Edit: To the human thing above. Who is to say he's actually a human? Just because the only Red Pandas we know are now - doesn't mean that more can't exist or that more haven't existed.
It has been speculated that by the time of the game play, the fight between tyrael and Imperious has already happened and is what resulted in Tyreal being cast down. We see the cinematic as a flashback. Also, not sure if it means anything, but in the picture of heaven it says chapter 1 in the top left corner. So that may not mean squat or it could mean this is actually something we see early on? I don't know.
That would depend Acili, maybe Tyreal choses to change forms...who knows.
Wouldnt turning Tyreal into a human be kinda stupid? we have been told that humans have the potential to be far stronger then angels and demons, and since the world stone is gone nothing is sealing their power.. So couldnt turning Tyreal into a human potentially make him stronger tho mortal?
It's a punishment. He defied the Angiris Council to protect humans so Imperius punishes him by making him human.
Or maybe he didn't defy the Council, maybe he just made Imperius mad by showing favor to humans because it was the right thing to do. It would fit in with the Diablo:Wrath short and further the idea of Imperius being a tyrant.

Looks like the MPAA and RIAA trolls got him already? JK.
