Thats where you are wrong. Casuals probably wont use the RMAH. Therefore, after casuals have bough the game, who gives a shit if they keep playing or not. There isnt a monthly fee like there is with WoW, so casuals quitting wont affect them very much at all.
be prepared because with the wow community going to D3, and the belief I have pretty much everyone will unlock inferno quickly, there will be nerfs.. It is blizzard way to do things imo, the whole scatter to the casual thing. They will please the numbers at one time or the other.
This isn't WoW. The Diablo 3 dev team knows the importance of maintaining a high standard for difficulty with Inferno. There might be a possible nerf once they near expansion release but don't expect one until then.
I won't complain if it's hard but I will complain if it's not fun. Sometimes the two go hand and hand. If it is a 1-2 shot fest (even when you're well geared) then yeah, I'll probably complain that it's a poorly designed system that isn't fun to play. 1 week to find out!
Yes, the place is going to be a zoo by the time the general gaming community reaches inferno and I'll avoid all judgemental notions and childish ranting for the sake of my own sanity.
I'll just play it - if I don't like something in it I'll be constructive about it and point out why, not flail my arms around and scream incoherently while expecting everyone to understand me.
EDIT: Going back to edit your post and find the moderator did it for you v.v FAIL for me. However, wanted to remove the same thing. :/
In about a month, people will start threads after ALT+Rage+F4 game cause to hell/inferno chain-dies:
- omg blizz, ONE SHOT is not fun.
- I dont want to PERMA FARM hell dificulty till brain death to have any chance in Inferno
- fuck*** RICH PEOPLE with inferno gear without pass nightmare, NO FUN
so, Im creating this thread to all of these.
Blizzard has created the most difficult wow end game encounters only available to a selected group of elite players, Inferno (act 3-4) will be similar to one of these (I hope).
You are suposed to farm gear (or buy AH/RMAH) to get to hell/Inferno dificulty.
They wont nerf Inferno, you mid player will be able to defeat Inferno in almost full Inferno buyed gear.
i really hope its going to be hard, and i expect people to get 1 shot, and it will be awsome i will go on the forum and feed from thoose tears! Alot of people expected to be abble to smash inferno no prob, im really happy its not the case!
As long as Inferno is not easy I'm happy - I want to struggle to get passed the first act and I want to feel like it's Hell to get passed number two and when I finish it I want to feel like a won the lottery.
If people weren't whining about it being too hard they would be complaining it's too easy. I would much rather the former exist. There is no way to appease everyone.
Dear Inferno: HURT ME MORE! MAKE ME BLEED, PLEAD, CRY, DIE, REZ, COME BACK FOR MORE!
MAKE ME ASK THE DEVIL FOR DEALS! To make a long story short...... bend me over make me your B***h and then kiss me when its over and ask me to do it better
Yes.... and then you are going to reply in big letters and contribute nothing useful....
but anyway... I just hope they keep it real difficult.... its meant to last a long time and be part of the end game if they nerf it because of peoples momentary struggles it will be disapointing... realistically the way i see the dramatic increase in damage is that we are probably meant to farm gear and develop our characters more at the end of hell difficulty before even entering into inferno....

Failed attempt at trolling by inciting nonexistent trolling. We all say you smack talking people in other threads earlier today.
Holy mother of fuck.
I'm going to be a Barb, I'm so fucking scared of being melee for the first time :|

Merged
Oooh nifty, didn't know that can be done
No...I actually really didn't know that could be done :/ No sarcasm.
Waving that ban flag around and scaring me and then offering me a beer I can't drink.
Eh well, have beers - just not in my fridge. The one thing I forget at my sisters house is turning out to be the most important - Murphy is a bastard.
Agree; I don't want to hear about someone beating inferno in 2 months.
Now thats a grind.
