"Is it known how the 500% generator buff works with the 100% buff from pants? is it additive or multiplicative?"

    Not sure yet honestly.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying for sure how good it will be, but I'm not discounting it either. Yes using generators before was a DPs loss, but 500% damage and 25% ias is huge. And you can still use a 2 hander, in fact what I'm picturing in my head ATM is a flying dragon. Litteraly I'm pretty sure you will get the 3 stack in under a second with that and the right set up, but I haven't had the chance to get on ptr (plus I may have deleted my raiment set now that I tink of it).

Also waiting to see what happens with SWK though, I'm pretty certain the 4 PC bonus will get moved to 6 and the new passive will be 4, but if not that and in as will be pretty hard the beat by anything.

@ shapookua.  Yes but your missing the mythic rhythm part, after every 3 attacks with a spirit generator it boosts your next spirit spenders damage by 40%, which if I remember correctly is multiplicive making it now a 7000% weapon damage . Before it wasn't worth using the generators (or spender in the case of swk pre 2.1.2) but with the very high IAS possible with raiment and the 500% damage increase, plus depth diggers. It might be worth using.

Also I was referring to the OP (original poster) not the 5000% being OP, but it will be good

In regard to the OP about the raiment 6pc, I believe there is a huge reason behind it and its actually pretty good if what I think is right. Basically it makes dashing strike a 5000% damage spirit spender. Now the reason that is good is if its a spender, it should benefit from a very forgotten passive, mythic rhythm. Yeah that 5000% damage dashing strike just got even more insane. And with very high IAS you should be able to use it every second or 2.

Quote from rebjorn »Many would recall the days of Diablo II, one of the most innovating games ever to hit the scene.
A world conquering game franchise, the Diablo series have captivated the minds of millions of players
over the years. A world to dive into after a long day of work, or just a great place to be for many, many
players around the world. A place to go to escape reality and a world that offers refuge.

Ok I agree with you about the exploiting should be punished, but this part here, it almost justifying it. You realize D2 was/is just one big exploit fest right? Duping, mephbot, pindlebot, ect. Nothing was legit in that game, why do you think duped SoJs became the currency.

So, WoL @ 960 dmg, and significantly buffed spirit generation? Maybe we're getting somewhere, after all.
I guess if every monk being bottled into using WoL is what they intend. They might as well just delete monks at this point and replace them with zombie dog class since they don't seem serious about making monk any good. Monk is so significantly behind every class it isn't even funny. I get on my WD (which is boring as hell BTW) that I've played a quarter of the amount of time I've invested in monk and just my dog alone puts my monk to shame.

OK one thing confusing me here is the people who want trading but claim kadala/rif ruined the game. You claim kadala/RIF allows you to gear to quickly, what do you assume trading will do??? Did you play D2? You could just hop free stuff games all day and get gear and the only thing worth a damn was a few select items with perfect rolls.

At least kadalaRIF requires you to farm fragments, joining a free stuff game didn't even require that. And anyways RIF is dead with next patch.

We really shouldnt be putting 2.1 builds yet as patch 2.1 is no where near finalized with balance changes. As we learned today EP is getting nerfed which already effects this build.

As much as I like sleet storm, being up close and personal gets very dangerous at t5-6. Been playing with it a lot on my wizard, using one of the other runes is much better for the most part as it gives you range, particularly when you have a light of grace.

Posting from phone right now but one of the builds I use might be good in 2.1 as it groups elites, clears some of the crap they throw around, semi freeze locks, boost all damage by 30%. All while staying at a safe range. Might post it later when I'm on my home PC.

I would settle for instead of an item rolling str, Dex, or int it would just be primary stat that changes based on the char. Nothing more depressing than farming for days to get a specific item, not getting it, then logging on and alt to do something and it drops. Sure you can reroll that stat but unless it rolled perfect your screwed since then you can't reroll anything else

What do you think of using the new depth diggers along with mythic rythme after patch? I played around with it before but was better just to spam LTK even though it hits like a truck with mythic ryhme, but with generator damage being buffed and depth digger giving them a lot more damage it might be more on par now or better.

    Quote from Tehstool
That is probably a result of the difficulty change. You didn't kill them on torment, you killed them on inferno or whatever.
To be fair, some of those achieves could have been harder when they were first done than they are now. Personally I think they should have just gave us the updated achieves I've we had the equivalent already. Was pretty depressing to see achieve points drop and know you had to do them all over again
