Diablo 3 Expansion Will Have a Beta
Rob Pardo has confirmed that both Diablo 3's expansion and Blizzard All-Stars will have betas. No dates yet though.
Public Test Realm -- Patch 1.0.7 Notes (Updated 1/22)

Black Weapons Staying The Same
The bug looks to have been known to Blizzard for some time. But it might've actually become a feature!
We do our best to ensure that we alert the community in advance of game changes (just like we did for the Legendary Item Improvements), and in this particular case, I wanted to jump in to reassure everyone that “black weapons” (i.e. weapons with the MinMaxDamage Affix) are not going to be nerfed in patch 1.0.7, and we have no plans going forward to nerf them.
Known Issues are just that, bugs that we know about. They are NOT necessarily bugs that are going to be fixed. The MinMaxDamage bug has been a bug known to us since July of last year, however, we did not want to fix a bug that would effectively nerf a large number of existing weapons. That’s why we did not fix the bug in any previous patch that we've released since the bug was found, nor are we fixing it in patch 1.0.7. Currently, the plan is that at such a time that we address the bug, the bug fix will only apply to newly created items, so as to not adversely affect existing items.
I'm still curious though, in the hypothetical scenario that this bug is fixed, will it be a buff or a nerf? I think the theorycrafting folk would really appreciate clarification on what the expected proper behavior of the minmaxdam affix is.
If and when we consider making adjustments to the MinMaxDamage affix (whether it be a bug fix or some other change), we’ll be sure to let you know in advance or otherwise provide as much warning as possible. We haven’t decided on anything yet, though, or really even discussed much in the way of possible changes. So, while I definitely admire theorycrafting and appreciate why you’re posting the hypothetical, there’s not a lot more clarity to provide other than what I’ve already given. It’d just be speculation at that point, and that’s not a very good role for me or any Community Manager to really serve.
Trying Hard to Squeeze in Dyes for Legendary
I cannot say for certain that it will be in the next PTR build, or even the one after that... although we work hard to get it ready for patch 1.0.7, there is still a small chance that it might not be ready in time, in which case it will be pushed for a later patch.
I just don't get this.... Changing the skin color of your armor won't make this game any better you know... /sigh
Whether dyes for legendaries makes this game any better or not is clearly in the eye of the beholder... I totally know that this is not a big deal for everyone, but it means a lot for those people who put emphasis into customising their characters :-) (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)
Endless Paragon Levels?
Indeed. An Endless Paragon as the one suggested above would at some point render monsters and bosses completely irrelevant, and it would also become impossible for others to "catch up", which in turn would cause issues in co-op games and such.
But I think the thought is interesting, though. Imagine there was a new endless levelling "prestige" system that kicked in as soon as you reached Paragon lvl100 - a system that didn't give anything to make your character stronger or better, only some sort of score or some type of vanity rewards, would you enjoy or even care about such a system? StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm Cinematic
Blizzard has released the Heart of the Swarm cinematic and it is glorious!

The Starcraft cinematics always bring me back to the game, but then I realize why I left, because I'm bad at it haha

One part of blizzard have never ceased to amaze me, and that is the cinematics department. I dont know who works on those, but they are really, really good at it.
Cant wait to play more singleplayer sc2. Im terrible at multiplayer so I stay away from that. Its too stressfull. Although I was undefeated in the last season I played. (just played 1 match )

I can see what you see not. Vision milky, then eyes rot.
When you turn, they will be gone. Whispering their hidden song.
Then you see what cannot be. Shadows move where light should be.
Out of darkness, out of mind. Cast down into the Halls of the Blind
And it will called 'Release version' and 'll cost 60$.

No, but instead of fixing this excuse of a game they will make it anyway.
The D3 cinematic was also brilliant. How that ended everybody knows^^
Perhaps they should stop creating Videogames, and join Hollywood.
Why would anyone want to join the movie industry when video games are already making more money than music and movie combined ? seems likes a very bad move for anyone.
I heard the hours are pretty shit in the video game industry

I'm glad they didn't nerf the "black dmg" weapons. But I'm also thrilled that so many of you put out under priced weapons for me to snipe. Next time you should wait for a blue to confirm a nerf before you try to sell your stuff

Bad move. All I did yesterday was camp by the portal and I never died. Each time I was double-teamed or faced the threat of death, I just warped out and re-entered with full HP.

You could already retreat through the TP anyway. There are no rules to dueling for a reason, just don't be a lamer or nobody will want to duel with you.

So your sig brags about being the "Top wizard PvP rating in North America", and in your post you talk about some douchebag tactic you use to never die.

In short: yes.
