Only time I ever bought things from the merchants was in single player difficulty, and I only ever gambled my gold away on B-net.
Nerfing gambling was possibly the worst decision ever made for D2 :/.

In Diablo 3, beside the stronger weapon and armor, will the nightmare and hell difficulties(if they keep those names) offer more thing like; new monsters(2-3); bigger randomized dungeon; boss only seen in nightmare and hell because they are "too hellish" to be seen in normal;random quest only possible to get in nightmare and/or hell(personnaly i'm pretty sure this will happen); more monsters instead of only stronger and others thing if they think about others ideas?
Will we see any reapearance of D1 monsters exactly as they appear in D1 (Of course in the d3 look but keeping the way they looked and felt in d1) Also will the story of diablo3 be a little based off the books such as the Sin War trilogy?

I would like to know how much very high class gear will stand out from lower classes gear in appearance.
I understand gear in D3 gear is made to be more logically sized/decorated than WoW, but I would like to know if there might be items with for example, if a chest piece is named after a fallen angel, might thus might have small glowing wings on the back. Or if a shoulder piece is named after a demon, might have dark fog flowing out of it.
Things like that =) Btw I don't post much, sooo hi guys lol

My question will be about the D3 music score. I would like to know in what direction they decided to go instrument wise. Did they reserve a special spot in the orchestral tracks or even a complete tune dedicated to the guitar + flute duo. I know matt liked those instruments judging from the tristram theme and some more DII tunes. So I'll have to say that my general question is :" In what direction did the D3 team decide to go concerning the soundtrack? Orchestral (d3 cinematic), more electronical/weird sounds (D3 dungeon) or a simple combination of instruments with a vocal (like tristram's theme...maybe some unknown D3 location).".
Q. Did they completely remove town portals from the game and if not, how are they still implemented and what functionality have they removed from them to stop people abusing them?
Q. Why haven't they looked at or accepted alternatives to the floating healing orbs. There's still a bunch of us anti out there. Complete bs...
Ooh i have one that i think is pretty good. Will skills visually change when upgraded? for example a lvl 5 mongrel would be bigger than a lvl 1 mongrel.

Interviews are illusions.. Blizz reveals what they want to reveal. But, I sure want to know more about summon/minion control systems if they wish to add one. Umm let me put that in a question:
Will minions/summons have a kind of control system, where you can control/target your summons like in WoW, or maybe change their fighting style(i.e. aggressive, passive, defensive)?
What will be the position of rare items in the game? Will we once again have those boring uniques or rather have the excitement to identify every rare item without know the result before hand?
How about leveling up, you guys aren't probably far at this subject yet but how do you feel Diablo 2 is doing with leveling up system and would you like to change the leveling progress in Diablo 3?
My question is about the inventory - I believe when we saw it at PAX it had changed YET AGAIN, and this time it looked as if it had been reverted to the classic "tetris" system we saw in the previous diablo games.
Is this a simple case of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it?" Can you comment on the process that led up to this decision?
1) What is trading gonna be like in D3? Gold, auction house...etc.
2) What is dual wield/shield user gonna be like? Will a shield still be so necessary or dual wield just kick so much more ass now.
3) Will barb still be able to use two-two handed weapon??
4) PVP questions in general. Arena, Ladderboard, Team-battles/Clan.
5) Is 4 players really going to be fixed for online play???
6) Would there be ways to add sockets into weapons instead of just one quest and restarting new characters.
7) Can you put multiple runes into a skill, or even the return of runewords into a skill.
Sorry if I am asking some questions that has already been answered...
thanks and good luck on the interview. Hopefully we get some solid news!!
Q: The decision about making a diferent kind of mana source (Mana globe) for every char is really final by now??? Are they not concerned about completly changing such a classical characteristic (feel) from diablo 1 and 2 ???
I would also like to know if there will be auto stats like wow or pickign individual stats like diablo. This is one of the biggest questions i want answered.
Since the game is going way more user friendly and care bear as far as dueling is concerned (Read any past interviews with the devs). What is there in store for people who like to chase people down and kill them or like the never safe approach taken in Diablo 1? Are we gonna just be thrown into an arena, if that is the case better not allow healing potions or people to run away. Gonna limit the killers better limit the pussies too.
I second this. I would like to know if they plan to have the vendors still sell useful things even in the end-game.

I ask this becuase sc2 have strings attached. BOOOOOOOOO!

My friend ALWAYS plays a paladin in every Blizzard game, be it Diablo 2 or World of Warcraft.
Will there be a Knight or Crusader class in Diablo 3? Something that self-righteous Paladin players can have fun with.
Thanks

I want to know wheather or not you will be able to change your gender mid game and if there will be transgender restrooms available in all acts.
How about leveling up, you guys aren't probably far at this subject yet but how do you feel Diablo 2 is doing with leveling up system and would you like to change the leveling progress in Diablo 3?

will two shields be equip-able?
will end game correspond with the highest level? In d2 it was possible to take a lvl 61 all the way through and then be bored for 38 more lvls...
