I was playing my level 37 barbarian on single player mode, and it was during The Halls of Vaught quest, when suddenly my Barbarian was moving in the same place. I tried everything but he just stayed there in one place, and I could not move. So I tried it again but when I got in the Halls of Vaught again it did the same thing. It did it again while I was playing in the Throne of Destruction as well. Does anyone know what is going on?

On Battle.net, I would suggest that is lag, but on singly player? Not sure really. Are you playing on some kind of craptacular computer? More details might help.

And wouldn't running the game using the game software instead of his video card hardware make it run more smoothly? That is if it was a system requirement issue?
My Cd is in great condition. I have tried in low res. but it still got stuck, and I have a very new computer, and for some reason it just won't play those two levels. My Barbarian that I hired can move but for some reason my character.

Can you still rotate him even after he gets stuck? If so, I've had that happen to me a few times, and the only thing I do is save&exit, go for it again, but try a new path.

What is your OS? If it's Vista it used to have some issues with Diablo II.
Otherwise it may be a problem with your computer being too new. Or, it may be a long range bug (e.g., replay the whole game, lol).
