Its nice that they went and get the spell from all the videos he could find, but hes missing some of the spells of which do have videos out there, but none the less, its nice for someone to go and do that, very nice.
Yeah... it was just how it worked in that build, you can also cast it back to where you started with one of the runes. Theres also a rune that makes it ignore the CD for X seconds.
Those videos are horribly out of date, still cool but don't trust them as gospel. Afterall they have molten arrow and charged bolt still in, which have both been dropped.
Also, a couple skills were changed from their "base form" when announced to have some effects added to Runes. The Monk's "Way of the Hundred Fists" is one of those. It used to have a "dash" component to the first hit (without any runes, from what I recall) and that effect now only happens if you put a Crimson rune in it. The 3rd hit used to always be an AoE blast, but I think that's reserved for the Alabaster rune effect(Windforce Flurry).
