yes a huge difference between 99 and 100 HUGE! HUGE IMMENSELY HUGE) im just stalling because I dont know why, however I do know this for a fact, maybe you can dig up some info on why.

What you should specify is probably a time interval.
i think a capped lvl is better but also we dont know if the skills will be capped at lvl 20 like d2 or maybe lower or higher ive never played diablo 1 so idk what the skill cap was but maybe there will also be more quests where u can gail skills seeing as how all the chars will have auto stats there will be no quests like that, if they did do skill quests randomly generated one could go around playing the same char much more often bc in diablo 2 after about lvl 90 i would play a new char and only use the other ones when needed, (with exception to my necro bc he is my fav)

It's not in the gamebox, it is in the own dev's words. Diablo is a game with strong REPLAYABILITY. Thats means it's a game made to you start over and over again.
And D3 will be not different. They said D3 will have a even stronger replayability value then D2.
So keep playing with the same characters for years will not make any sense, unless you are a pvp player.
About the end game. All i want is that they put side quests based at your level. So if you are 90+ there is still new dungeons to explore, quests to complete and bosses to kill even after you defeat the last boss.
About the level cap, i would love to see the level cap increasing with exp packs, like in wow. It's fun because you will not have just new classes to play, but new content with your old characters. They start the level cap at 50, increase to 75 with the first cap and then 100 with the second. Of course you would also get a new skill skill tier with all classes.
100% not limitless, it just isn't diablo..and there is no sense of accomplishment..you can reach level 100, and kill yourself over trying to reach that "limit" that should seem limitless...Diablo is a gear game, not a level game..
What I kind of liked in d2 is that leveling wasn't the "POINT" of the game..getting to high levels and mfing and getting good gear was...
It pisses me off how in literally every other rpg or mmorpg you are never "good" untill highest level..which is just ridiculous..
Since diablo has such I guess I can say an addicted audience lol...there will be people who will stay home a whole month and play through the whole game, with every character...100 is a high enough level....and no reason to be able to e 130 and be the same as a 95..unfair to people with not enough time.
I DON'T want there to be mfing..I want there to be missions I can go on, that can give me items when I go on them..I want dedicated HIGH level missions..for the people who beat the game. I hope that actually playing the game is the same as mfing..I don't want bosses to drop the most valuable items...
