The game has, and always will be violent. Thus it has, and always will have a "M" rating.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but it does actually help to keep the youngins off of the game. You may not think it affects you directly, but it most certainly will affect your subconscious thought process.
Even myself, as an almost 23 year old adult, notice the game makes you feel a little more careless about life.
Besides, shouldn't you 13-17 year olds be studying for a test instead of playing video games?
I'm pretty sure it's Summer Vacation for my kids bro.

Watching 240 guys talk trash about cavaliers is like two retards having a slapfight over a sippy cup.
Shouldn't 23 year olds be at college, internship, or starting a career/job?
Too late. Been there, done that.
I'm actually being successful at my career as a model/actor. True, I'm not in the big magazines or big films yet, but I make enough money off of what I do to make a living.
I pirate shit everyday. I just think that parents shouldn't have to give their children permission to play a video game I mean come on, how does Diablo influence you?
Most kids parents could really give a shit if their kids are playing an M rated game, all it is, is a guideline. The majority of teenagers have broken the law by smoking or drinking anyways and if their parents knew about it I'm sure they wouldn't give a shit about a video game. I think I should be able to run off to the store and buy Diablo without being shit-on.
Diablo isn't influencing drugs, alcohol, or really anything. I mean what kind of fanboy is going to run off to their school and beat somebody with a Barbarian club?

So you won't model for Calvin Klein or Armani undwear? :[
As long as it is tasteful, and not like a thong or a spread that looks like it is something that David Beckham would do.
So far I have only done one spread that was close to revealing, but it was just with my shirt off, jeans unbuttoned, with boxer briefs on underneath. Nothing too crazy.
No I am not kidding. Yes I am seriously going to ask that. I already did.
I used to work at the Books-A-Million where I live and I almost got arrested for selling a Sex book to a 16yr old.
The parents were threatening to have me arrested and the store held accountable if they didn't fire me.
I wouldn't doubt it'd be the same for a Game Store.. and in Books A Million the isles are made so anyone can go in there and view the books. I don't see any age restrictions on them either.. so that is there to show you the power resides in the adults.
Damn.
That was a good paying job too. lol

Minnesota, New York, Massachuesetts, California, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Oklahoma, Washington, and most Canadian provinces have all passed laws prohibiting the sell of "M" or "AO" games to kids underage.
Do your research kid before talking like that to adults who have. J/K
look stoping any one group of people firom playing a game, because you think that some of them, who may not even be part of that group is annoying is wrong.
I'm pretty sure it's Summer Vacation for my kids bro.
It's not law.
I have never done that. [nose grows]
Of course you haven't...of course you haven't...*wink*wink*

Did anyone see the friggin ":P"??? I guess not.
Go model for Playgirl
It actually is a law. That is why stores aren't allowed to sell M rated games to minors w/o a parent or guardian being there to approve.
The person selling the game to the minor could be arrested for this.
Eeewwww. I refuse to ever stoop to doing porn or explicit acting or modeling.
Where did you hear that "The person selling the game to the minor could be arrested for this"?
I wasn't flaming bro.
So don't be a sour puss.
You are kidding right?
Are you seriously going to ask that?

Sour Puss is actually some pretty decent alcohol I usually mix it with my coke.

My mediocre attempt at making a Signature.
1. It IS illegal to sell Adult-Only publications to kids.
2. It IS NOT illegal to sell Mature-rated games to kids.
-Retail just won't take the bad publicity this would bring.
Making Controversial points one post at a time!
