Act 3 by far. Amazing setting and tons of demons to slay. Once you start a fight out in the battlefield, it can last for ages. They keep coming up from the ground, out of the woodwork and down from the sky.

I can see what you see not. Vision milky, then eyes rot.
When you turn, they will be gone. Whispering their hidden song.
Then you see what cannot be. Shadows move where light should be.
Out of darkness, out of mind. Cast down into the Halls of the Blind
I had to vote act 1 just because of the different amounts of environments in it, from dark woods and caves to a tundra / grasslands type, cemeteries and dungeons, ect. Act 2 is a close second, because I think the way they did the desert environment was beautiful, and it switches up pretty good with the oasis and then the darker boneyard. I couldn't get into act 3 because I've just never liked winter types for areas, but the decent into hell was pretty rad. Act 4 would be my 3rd place, because it doesn't change much BUT it looks really good.
Personally I like act 1 the most, perhaps it has something to do with the nice nostalgic feeling I get when venturing down to slay the Skeleton King and The Butcher.
Act 3 is boss all around
