I play for about 6-10 hours a day maybe lesss.. but i get maybe 1 leg while playing for that long.... if im lucky... Or is there some kind of hidden luck roll on character or My account just suck? lol
Its RNG, your sample size is too small for random to have become random yet, keep playing and your loot distribution will smooth out. Also, stop making these threads and look for them instead, there are plenty of others who have posted almost identical to this (and are also wrong in whatever theory they attach). Final also, use more specifics in your posting (or at least specific language) i.e. how many hours you average (a single number, not a range) and how many legendaries you average (again single number, not range) and take out the "maybe" "maybe lesss" qualifiers. It will lend more credence to your posts and improves others' perceptions of you!

Just seeing who all has this problem..
Need a little bit more information than simply saying 6-10 hours. What are u doing, how efficient are you? What difficulty are you playing at?
For me, i'm doing t6 rifts, clearing the entire rift (not just stopping when boss is dead) which takes me around 20min. Doing that I average 3 legs/rift.
I refuse to believe that anyone doing T3 rifts for 6+ hours per day is only seeing one legendary per day. I see far better than that in T2. If I had to estimate I see roughly 2 legendaries per hour on T2... and I'm not being particularly efficient about it, just goofing around with friends.
How long does it take for you to reach the Rift Guardian in a T3 rift? If your answer is more than 15 minutes, then T3 is too inefficient for you and you should drop down to T2 or T1. The more rifts you can clear in a certain amount of time, the more legendaries you will average.
Either way, in order for anyone to provide you with any real answers, we need specifics. Odds are that you're farming inefficiently and that you're misrepresenting the actual amount of legendaries (not upgrades, just legendaries) that you're getting.
edit: Do you open chests? Do you break breakables? All of these questions are pertinent.
I personally farm Torment 5 and 6 rifts only for about 7-10 hours every day depending on what I am doing that day. I usually find between 4-5 legendaries every day. It has actually been a few days since I have found a set item. So yeah drop rates are pretty low at the moment. I feel confident that 2.0.5 will help that a bit with bloodshard increase on higher torments and with cache dropping other and more legendaries.

See, here's the problem with your post: You're assuming that your low amount of legendaries-per-day is because of drop rates. The reality is that you're either suffering from bad-luck RNG OR you're, as they say, "doing it wrong."
Let me give you an example: This weekend, I did a lot of bounties and rifting it forward. After my first hour of bounties, I opened all of my caches and received something like 3-4 legendaries (3 RoRGs, even!). 2 Rift Guardians in a row gave me legendary swords (one of which was a Thunderfury, yay!! :D). I probably got 5-10 legendary chests just from spending blood shards (including one Cindercoat, YAY!!! :D).
Typically, I'm in the 1-2 legendaries per hour crowd, but I was very lucky with drops on Saturday (the rings, swords, and chests). The next day, I repeated the process and got no legendaries from bounties, significantly less legendary drops, and a total of 2 legendary gloves from Kadala (both St. Andrews, ... no Magefist ).
So, according your logic, drop rates were GREAT on Saturday and TERRIBLE on Sunday. In reality, though, I was just really lucky on Saturday (and got a bunch of drops that I actually wanted) and slightly less lucky on Sunday (where, indeed, I kept up the 1-2 leg per hour metric).
TL;DR: You're either unlucky or you're doing it wrong. I'm guessing the latter. Dropping down to Torment 4 would probably dramatically increase the amount of legendaries you find.

Same. I hate to cast dispersion, but I simply do not believe the OP at all. He's frustrated and exaggerating, period.

Which means that the answer to thread's title "Is it just me?" is definitely "no", because we see lots of frustrated and exaggerating people whining about drop rates.

What a load of shit. Even when I'm really unlucky I average about 3-4/hour on t6 rifts and I've been doing them 3-4 hours a day for 4 weeks now. And even then, those bad streaks get offset by rifts where I'm getting 2-5.

Nope drop rates are just low. And yeah RNG is RNG. But for me, 30 consecutive days of 4-5 legendaries on average with max being 10 and minimum being 3. This with at most 12 hours of gameplay and 7 hours being minimum. (No life I know). And nope, not doing it wrong, takes 15-30 minutes to clear t6 runs with my group, We clear the whole thing.

I farm for about 5 hours a day and average about 10 legendaries in that time. Rifts > Kadala. Got a Blade of Prophecy and a Maximus in the last 150 shards I spent....

15-30 minutes = yes, you are doing it wrong.
I get that people play Torment 6 for the challenge, but the fact that it takes you up to 30 minutes to clear a rift is exactly why your legendary rate is low. You're not clearing fast enough. Drop down to Torment 4 and you'll be clearing so much faster and you'll get legendaries more often.
Anyone can correct me if they want but, when it comes to legendaries, efficiency is key. You're not farming efficiently. Recognize this and your problem can go away.
You have to be careful not to do a torment just because you can. I can do T6 with little issues but I generally stick to T4 because I can clear it in 5 minutes. If you farm efficiently i can usually average 4 or 5 per hour.
Can the diablofans moderators just finally give in and create a "whiners corner" for people like this? Maybe that would put them in their place. I think most of these posts come from people who heavily utilized the RMAH before it was taken away. These threads rarely existed when the RMAH did.

I second this. These forums are quickly starting to look like the BNET forums sadly.
Can we at least get a lock? Wasn't there a post just a couple weeks ago clarifying that RNG QQ threads would be locked? 80% of this particular forum is whining garbage posts.
