The Dfan wiki is updated with the lastest info about WD's skills (active and passive). Here you can also see the tooltip of each skill and trait. Here is the list of changes i found compered to the last WD skill list we had:
Soul Harvest does not leech Mana anymore. It buffs the WD with spell damage instead. It's possible that an runed version of Soul Harvest has the initial mana leech propriety.
Looks like Pit of Fire skill was removed.
The Witch Doctor have an new Big Bad Voodoo skill (for the rage of wow haters!).
The passive skill wich improved the Witch Doctor Spirit skill is missing.
What's your opnion ? What do you think Big Bad Voodoo do ?
If BBV mirrors it's WC3 counterpart it will cause pets to be damage immune for a given duration, but force the WD to remain vulnerable and possibly standing in place casting the spell.
How awsome or terrible that might (situationally) be largely depends on the AI's ability to recognize those pets as being immune and focus fire the squishy WD.

If they made the AI react to it and come swarm you, it'd basically make the spell a suicide spell without any benefit. At least I definitely wouldn't ever use it in that case.

That was exactly why it was rarely useful in wc3.
And yeah, I agree if the AI could do that you'd hardly find a use for the spell outside of having some sort of major healing on yourself. Perhaps it's simply a buff to all minions currently under the WD's control? Damage reduction, attack speed incrase, damage increase, or something of the kind.
Honestly there are a lot of ways they could take it beyond what the old wc3 implementation was and any of them would make for a really great spell.
