It was said th at the items on the site were only a SMALL fraction of what the game will have.
But this includes armor tiers? Does this also mean there are newer graphics to be seen in terms of armor?
AFAIK there are 18 total tiers of armor for Diablo. Now don't get these confused with legendaries and sets, as most if not almost all of them will have unique art per piece of gear.
The 'tiers' themselves refer to grey, white, blue and yellow items depending on which difficulty you are in. I believe T16 is the easiest to find in inferno, while T17 and T18 are really hard to find.
Also, as far as armor models go, just looking on the official website shows that there are quite a bit more "unique" looking items (magical, rare, and legendary) that do not appear in the videos of the sets we've seen. And, at least on the website, some of them look quite awesome. Personally, I'm hoping there's a boat load of those types of armor in the game.

"There are over 16 armor tiers for each class"
JW: "Yes"
Does this mean all the pictures/screenshots of all the tiers we've seen of armor are not all there is to expect in terms of armor tiers?

Unless JW was including set armor and "legendaries", I automatically assumed those were their own "thing".
