Each class has a tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet showing their specific proc coefficients.
Proc coefficients are listed as both per hit and per second on separate pages.
PvP & PvE proc coefficients are exactly the same

http://us.battle.net...en/blog/6939564Quote fromFor players who may not know what proc coefficients are: they affect how effectively a skill triggers procs (or effects that have a small chance to activate).
Every skill has an underlying "proc coefficient" that controls how special effects like Life on Hit play out in game. Proc Coefficients (PCs) can more or less be thought of as chance rates. The higher the PC, the more Life on Hit gained or the higher the chance to trigger a special effect. Specifically,
Proc Coefficients affect:
Life on Hit
Item effects (ie. Windforce Knockback)
Skill effects (ie. Wizard Critical Mass)
Life Steal is not affected
How?
--- Life gained from LoH = (Total LoH on gear)x(Proc Coefficient of skill used)
ie. A Demon Hunter with a 100 Life on Hit bow attacks a Zombie with Entangling Shot [Heavy Burden] (proc coefficient of 0.8). The Demon Hunter gains 80 Life on Hit (100*0.8=80).
--- Chance of an item effect triggering = (Shown effect rate)x(Proc Coefficient of skill used)
ie. Using Multishot, Suppression Fire with a Windforce with 45% Knockback = 7.43% chance to knockback (0.45x0.165x100=7.43)
--- Chance of a skill effect triggering = Proc Coefficient of skill used (no fancy math here)
The spreadsheet contains every proc coefficient in the game even damage over time (DOT) proc coefficients for skills like a Wizard's Meteor, and proc coefficients for the Monk's skills with multiple hits like Deadly Reach. This is a Google Doc spreadsheet, so it is limited in features. For this reason, the download to the Excel version is at the top of every class's page on the sheet. The Excel version has prettier formatting and useful things like showing which skills have the highest average proc rate for each class.
Also remember that many skills hit more often than others, and so they proc more often. Ie. Energy Twister on a Wizard is a great skill because of the number of times it ticks per second and scales with attack speed. So take the numbers here, and play with different skills to see which help you best for different situations.
PC = Proc coefficient
DoT = Damage over time
LoH = Life on hit
S/E = Skills/Effects (from items)
PP = Practical proc (Average 'amount of proc' per second for LoH or S/E)

The change log can be found at the bottom of the first Barb tab on the spreadsheet.

I would have loved if they did an expansion instead of a DLC Pack, but I think they realized that this game has flaws in the core, they wanted to do something more accessible but instead they alienated the Diablo fanbase.
I hope they learned from this experience and I hope they go to the roots again.
I haven't played Diablo for 2-3 seasons but I would love to jump back in for the Necro and I have put a lot of hours in this game and I think my money was well spent and I am sure this DLC Pack will also have great value and if I can put in the necro 100 hours then it will be worth the money spent(I am sure I will put way more than 100 hours in the Necro).

They wouldn't let the new set changes ruin the whole balance of the first season.

First the game is totally imbalanced when it comes to classes and with legendaries it is much worse , somebody could one shot you in a second ,and you wouldn't have a chance to fight back , this game is heavy on gear not on skill , that's why it works for Dark Souls and not for Diablo.
Like others before me said , the only way this game could have pvp is by having pvpve , sort of like a Tetris where you go in a dungeon each team and the faster you kill the more mobs you dump on the other team and overwhelm them or drop traps , pick up power ups that you can use to try and wipe the other team or slow them down , you can track them on your map/minimap or see them as ghosts in your game and loot is given at the end with the team getting there first gets the bigger reward and the other team gets a smaller reward.

One small thing I would like to add , please when you put your battletag don't cover that much of the screen but other than that amazing.
Keep it up.
Btw you are so lucky for finding all these items , I haven't been finding anything I want but with RoS in almost 1 day I don't care much for gear now and I am so hyped for the launch night , taking my barb to act5 and starting the madness.
2
You can still show a quick preview of the abilities in your build like you did with some clips but adding a complete level would show how you handle things when you are out of resources and how it paces when you are killing everything.
One last thing , I hope you don't take this the wrong way but please tone it down.

Auction House in D3 is different than WoW in that randomness is much bigger here.
Current situation in AH makes it hard to flip items , less items are selling and prices are changing alot , you have to be extra careful and smart about what you buy and sell.
Items that have gone up in Price :
Sun Keeper with CHD over 80% and Weapon Damage 47-50% with Socket , Damage to Elites 8-10%.(Weapon Dps doesn't matter , rerolled at Mystic)(Good to flip if you happen to snipe one as soon as it is put up for less than it should be)
Inna's Temperance - 9%Attack Speed 195+ Vit.
Echoing Fury - 80%+ CHD +0.23 APS Socket , 38-40% Weapon Damage.(Weapon Dps doesn't matter , rerolled at Mystic in RoS)
Lacuni Prowlers : 9%Attack Speed , 5-6% CHC , high vit and another main stat(main stat doesn't matter as long as it is there , rerolled at mystic).
Witching Hour : 9% Attack Speed , 40-50% CHD , 8-12% Life , 50-80All res and high vit/armor (This item has 90 int atleast always , this stat will be rerolled , also alot of variance in Witching Hour can still sell , anything with high Attack speed and Crit hit damage , Pick up radius is getting more expensive and high vit roll is good)
Rings/Amulets : Different types of rings are selling for much more expensive than they used to , specifically the ones with 8-9% Attack Speed and Crit Chance/Crit Damage with main stat and socket and any other primary stat that can be rerolled into either Crit Chance or Crit damage , the higher you go with these the more expensive , also average damage will make these items skyrocket in price.
With the rings come many types with more expensive prices like Natalya Rings/Zuni Rings/Tal's Amulets , just look for something that can be rerolled to Trifecta but Attack Speed is a must have on these pieces because RoS items don't roll 8-9% attack speed , also sockets are important because gems give about 220 main stat.
Mempos : Although they are cheaper , they are still selling and if you bid on some , you might be able to flip , look for 9%attack speed with 5-6% Crit Chance.
Chantodo's Wand : 9-10APoC Socket and high +aps.
Natalya's Boots : 90-100 Vit.
Zuni's Trail : 70+ All res , 8% Poison Damage 150+ Vit
Tal Rasha's Chest : Attack Speed again makes it an expensive chest.
Trifecta Gloves : 9% Attack Speed , 45-50% ChD , 8.5-10%ChC with main stat and all res go for sick amount of gold , also the legendary gloves with Socket if they are trifecta they have now much much higher price because they can be even more competitive than most items you find at 70.
The list goes on and on , some items can be bought now cheaper because less people are looking for them , for example I bought a crazy immortal king chest with 170 Str 291 vit and 800 armor and 78 all res for 200m and sold it for 400m , these items are a risk now , because if you pay alot for them , you could end up wasting gold instead of making gold , the longer you wait on these , the lower the price will go aswell.
Again , buying and reselling now is a risk and don't risk it if you don't know how to flip and what to flip , don't spend alot of gold on an item that you might end up stuck with it and unable to sell , because soon enough all these items will be worthless(IK Chest , Zuni Chest , Vile Shoulders , Nat Boots without vit or low vit , Ice Climbers , weapons).
Just keep the Mystic in mind and think what could be rerolled on an item and how will it be in RoS.

Amazing , this is what Barbs are supposed to be played like , not constant WW and Sprint I love WW but not as it was in Vanilla.

Remember they are trying new difficulty system which increases drop rates of legendaries at certain level , also with removal of MF , they have to test it out , not only what they think is the right drop chance , but also what the community thinks and how it works with the new density(they probably were testing this too).
Also the new changes to weapon damage and stats and removal of crushing blow , too many changes from last patch to put it simply as drop chance numbers.
Raw numbers don't usually work out perfectly in reality as they did in theory.
Edit : After watching Kingkongor with Invis and exploiting the shrine at T3 and 6 , and everybody seems to be having fun , why not fix it so that it is no longer a bug and make something similar but intended.
Remove the possibility to enter Izzual's level a million times or remove the shrine there , but allow the shrines to spawn 3-4 packs with the legendary , or since they want the Cursed Chests to be the new thing , then maybe they should consider adding this intense champion pack density to them after certain wave.(Many things can be done to cursed chests to make them fun).
