Just picked up another Triumvirate with VIT to use instead, so selling the Triumvirate I got recently that has almost perfect damage rolls. Triumvirates can roll between 57 and 515 total damage, and this one has 501 damage.

Here are my personal thought about this amulet, and as it relates to the upcoming 1.0.5 patch:
This amulet rolled almost perfect LoH, perfect Attack Speed 9%, and perfect +14% Life, which are set stats unaffected by changes in 1.0.5. The two random stats it rolled were +86 damage and +102 INT/+44 VIT. The damage stat max is same for ilvl62 and ilvl63 amulets. While the INT/VIT stat can potentially roll higher, it will be rare to roll these stats combined with almost perfect set stats. IMHO, this will still be a solid amulet to boost both DPS & EHP in patch 1.0.5, and the EHP gains will have a considerable impact on future PVP.
Since damage is being nerfed, while increase in HP remains same, you are essentially getting more damage mitigation per point in HP specifically. As such, each point in HP will translate to more EHP, and the set bonus provides another +100 VIT on top of the +44 VIT & +14% Life stats on this amulet.

Recently purchased a more defensive Blackthorne's Amulet, so selling my previous one. Has a solid combination of stats to boost both damage & EHP.

Blackthorne's amulet rolls similar IAS, LoH, and Life% as base stats, so you may be able to search for those that roll Crit% as a random stat to help determine pricing.
