and killing elites looks SOO slow, but another alternative to revenge tank build is always welcome )

what he think "stacked rend" is not a stacked rend - it is a critical rend. i've been using rend since patch day and i've done some testing.
rend's tick can not be critical, but the inital application of rend can crit, and all next ticks will do increased damage
different damage ticks come from the displaying system:
it displayes an average damage for last X time interval, and if you apply a rend in the middle of that interval - firts tick will be shown as half of the tick damage. if you refreshed a normal rend with critical rend, you may see a damage value like (normal rend tick + critical rend tick) / 2

<damage with new gems> = <damage with old gems> + <damage without crit> * (<crit chance> * 0.2) =
<damage with old gems> * (1 + <crit chance> * 0.2 / (<crit chance> * <old crit bonus> + 1))
for example:
if you had 50% crit and 250% crit bonus, adding 20% more crit bonus will give you (1 + (0.5 * 0.2) / (0.5 * 2.5 + 1) ~= 1.044)*100% = 4.44% more dps

you have too many allres on gear, in cost of raw stat, like str/vit. esp vit is too low.
and i can not even imagine how you can play with zero crit chance on gear )

still not sure, what is better - overpower with healing or revenge. sometimes revenge does not proc, when you need it, and it is death for me
and for ppl, who are still wondering - ticks from rend can not crit, but the whole rend can crit, when you apply it. So it is has 2 states: all ticks on target are usual OR all ticks are increased(critical)

btw, evasive fire[covering fire] is a very powerfull and funny aoe+hatred generator
so is hungering arrow[shatter shot]
fan of knives with +range rune obliterates all nearet enemies
rapid fire, as it seems for me, is the most powerfull single target dps skill, if you can stay on a one place (playing with tank/using slow rune)
