Helm: The helm can roll up to 6 crit chance, of course depening on your budget you may not be able to get top end, but you wanna try for at least a tad amount of crit. Another big thing is experience gems. They are godly, make use of them.
Shoulders: Aim for 120+ dex with standard double resists equaling 90+.
Gloves: You can drop the crit damage on gloves for IAS because it scales better with fists of thunder and LoH. Aim for 8+ crit, and 6+ IAS. and 150+ dex.
Chest: Get some vit on that baby.
Neck: Decent try to just go for a straight upgrade with vit and dex.
Bracers: can go up to 6 crit, but yours are decent enough to just leave for now.
Ring 1: Drop crit damage for IAS and crit chance. Grabbing your resist or LoH is a plus.
Ring 2: Decent fine as is.
Belt: Aim for double resist 90+
Pants: Y u no vit?
Boots: Fine as is, try to go for 90+ resists.
Weapon 1: Some crit damage, some more crit damage, and then some regular damage of 700+
Weapon 2: Same thing.
Overall: Upgrade gems to stars minimum, And crit chance > everything else.
I would recommend grabbing weapons first
As we have now obtained confirmation of the use of Ruby (+%experience) Gems does affect the paragon system. The importance of the helm socket has skyrocketed.Being the only slot where you can have a top-end piece of equipment and gain a bonus to experience gained in accordance to the Paragon system.
Because teleporting mobs with teleport make them even more dangerous. It's like missile dampening when you see it you are like, sweet that is an affix that means nothing.
Best example is the digger guys in act 1 crypts, where they have a knockback, regardless of having the knockback affix or not.
With the reveal of the paragon system they created a cap of 300% MF. Which is obtainable at level 100 paragon. So Magic find on gear I now believe is just a worthless stat. I imagine it will take about 30-45 hours TOPS to get to level 100 Paragon. Which is obtainable easily in less than a week. Unless someone has some other information, I believe it will be the end of magic find.
The only 2 things that stand out are your bracers and first ring. You could go bi-fecta on the ring, and the bracers could get more of pretty much everything. But that depends on your budget of course.
I am struggling with actively farming act 3. Sometimes I eat champions, sometimes they eat me, and sometimes it's somewhere in the middle. But I can never get a steady rhythm of act 3 farming going.
