posted a message on Item/Option to reset weapon to original form
I know this is now an old thread, but I only just got an opportunity to read some of the comments since my last post.

I think that some people are really missing the point entirely. I understand that you can reroll your socket back to some other stat IF YOU HAD ORIGINALLY REROLLED INTO A SOCKET, i think that is quite obvious, but what IF I ALREADY HAD A SOCKET AND REROLLED ANOTHER STAT? HOW WILL I USE RG NOW?

It is not about getting having to grind for new content, this is old content that they are making redundant by replacing with the same content? That doesnt make sense to me because I already have that weapon but now am effectively being punished for having received a weapon with a natural socket. If you are still coming in here arguing about how I might as well ask blizzard to give me everything I want, you are clearly not understanding my argument.

Bottomline is that Blizzard has implemented an item that all things being equal, is not able to enjoyed by all weapons in the game pre 2.1, which is an unfair advantage for people that are able to use it on prepatch weapons.

posted a message on WD suggestion (need your support)
    Hi Fellow WD Users,

Had a suggestion that I wanted to put up and get your support on and also wanted input from a blue posterto recognise these suggestions and provide clarification on a specific matters.

First I seek clarification on why Ceremonial Knives drop so infrequently for WD. There was meant to be a "buff" not long ago to the drop rate and emphasis of classes specific items. Last I checked only WD uses Ceremonial Knives yet I am sure all WD will say that it is the 1 handed weapon that they see the least. It is common for swords, axes and 2 handed weapons to drop, but ceremonial knives are extremely rare let alone the ceremonial knife that we WD are actually looking for. Besides drops the problem is also apparent when gambling with Khadala. If someone is stupid/desperate enough to gamble 15 shards for a 1 handed weapon, as a WD I expect to see more ceremonial knives than swords and axes.

I do not know if it is just me that feels this, but I do notice a large number of WD that I play with that do not use ceremonial knives at all because they just haven't had one drop.

Second issue is the need of a fetish counter. I think the majority of WD user base will agree that it would be extremely helpful to know how many fetishes we have currently. I know that there are changes in 2.1 to increases visibility of your own pets as compared to others in a group, however this does not address the fact that sometimes we would like to know how big our army is currently. If blizzard can split it into FS and FA even better, however just a simple fetish counter that sums all kinds of fetishes would suffice and would go long way in making our armies more manageable.

So now on to my suggestions:

-Increase the drop proportion of Ceremonial Knives when a 1 hander is dropped. ie. buff the drop rate of Ceremonial Knives for WD.

    - Implement a Fetish counter that consolidates the number of fetishes from FA and FS

Fellow WD users, I ask you review my suggestions and give me your support/comments so blizzard is able to see the need for these changes. Thank you for reading my post, your time is much appreciated.

    Regards,

    Frank
