posted a message on Rifts: Completely Randomized, Randomly "Drawn," or both?
Rifts are made on game creation, and on rift closing.

Their was or still is a glitch, to allow you to enter a rift without the need of opening a portal, which showed that they are generated BEFORE you open a rift.

Some rifts are special set layouts, long hallway, giant jail, massive desolate sands are just a few, the mobs/lighting are random though, always random. But it seems that what they have for "random rifts" are not really THAT random, most are easily identified to counterparts that already exist in normal acts.

posted a message on Cheating map generation for bounties?
I've had two occasions, where the portal spawned me NOWHERE near the bounty, None of the kills were being tracked, found out, i had to travel to the OTHER side of where it ported me and go into the NEXT area.

It's useful, not a hindrance and it no way does it "Spawn things behind you to force a grind" If you truely believe that they "Hide" quest objectives till you've cleared everything, that's some major tinfoil hat shit going on there....

Off-Topic, I just started reading The colour of magic, and for the past day it was bugging me that i remember the name TwoFlower from somewhere.... It's YOU!

Thank-you Draco. I Didn't know about the reddit post until it was mentioned, so I can now check there.

Might be an idea if you also link to your source of information at the bottom of posts for things that may get edited in.

Well, that still disappointing as it was nice to have a chance for 9apoc. Love these undocumented changes.

Do you have a list of other changes?

posted a message on Stealth nerf on APOC (Or mirrorball)
I was running the FO and MM build using my mirror ball, it came with 3apoc which allowed me to drop prodigy as each hit from the MM would grant me AP (9 if all crit on one target) and allowed me to sustain lots of orb spam. When their were more mobs, the resulting AOE would allow me to cap in 2-3 casts of MM, now it seems the AOE portion doesn't proc or the two additional projectiles.

Anyone else notice this, Is this a nerf to the AOE portion or mirrorball.

Rng is rng. You can't always get amazing drops, nor will you. It just seems the bad side of the RNG likes you. Oh.. did I mention RNG?

Whitching hour with 8% IAS, 40% CHD 98 int 95 vit, still can't replace =\

Do have a couple that are only an 8% dps loss, but not worth 20% toughness (at least, not for me)

    Quote from Ashes

Its funny the lengths people will go to defend broken mechanics.
If you read some of the more thought out responses (shaggy and myself), you will see that we're not defending people who do it. It is, by far the best way to farm legendaries. The problem is WHY... Torment1+ is not rewarding enough for players to do if they want legendaries, but we shouldn't punish people who only play on normal-master. Instead we should come up with solutions that actually give people the incentive to move to T1+.

Constructive feedback is nice, not just "Nerf this because people who faceroll do it"

Finder keeps going on about people who defend the "normal" farming are people who do it, Like i said before, I do T4-6, T4 solo, T6 in group play.

But, my mother who plays this game, is still lvl 67 and only plays on normal. She has the stats for at least Master, but.... She wants to play the game for fun with no stress and he wants to make it harder on her for what... his own ego and because the drop rates are skewed to favor playing a lower difficulty.

This is not a problem of the players, this is a problem with game design, If you can make 10m gph on normal, but only 5m on torment 1, of course people will do Normal.

The problem with permanent berserker was EVERY barb went that route, if they didn't they were playing the game casually for fun, like a lot of people still do.

The problem is, you're trying to make the game harder, for people aren't as good as you. Let's punish the casuals by making their game harder, so i feel better.

The real problem is that doing torments 1+ isn't worth it.... That's the problem, My mum plays this game... She is only lvl 67 still, she plays on normal and takes her time, total stats... 114k dps and around 1.5m toughness. The game still feels hard for her so she hasn't attempted to boost the difficulty but YOU want her to be punished because of the way things scale and how poorly playing a harder difficulty rewards its players.

Before you bitch about me "enjoying" my free loot, i play in groups T4-6, bounties and rifts. I can only do 6 because I'm not tanking enough to survive on my own. So i go to 4 when I want to solo which is faceroll enough for me.

I fail to see how this has any impact on you personally whatsoever. Join the rest of us Farming Torment and ignore the people who don't want set items.
I got this on Master difficulty, I think that there might be a bug that allows Set pieces to drop on lower difficulty levels than Torment.
You can get that on any, it's specific class set bonuses you can only get on Torment 1+, for example Tal rasha's set can only be obtained on torment difficulty, while blackthorn can be obtained on any.

If you guys aren't already doing T6, you're not playing the game right... You need to grow a pair... you too ladies, grow a pair and start playing the game the RIGHT way... If you're also on softcore, you're playing the game wrong. No risk vs reward if you can't even play the REAL version of the game...
