    First two Greater rifts I did (lvl 1 and lvl 6) which took 5 for first and 3 for the next, I got 11 legendaries.... 6 off first one, 5 off the next.... ~10 mins for 11 legendaries is INSANE.

    BUT, I Do agree that it should SCALE with the rift lvl, higher up = more rewards.

    Extreme user requirements call for extreme solutions to keep "most" people happy
    You mean, this changes nothing for people who play this game casually yet punishes players who have more time to play it..... The people who play 100+ hours a week aren't worried about hitting a level cap, getting all items or "Finishing the game"... they are there to be the best, do the best or... like me SMASH THE SHIT OUT OF MONSTERS.

    I only have 200 or so hours on my WD and I'm nearly done with the build I'm going for, but that's just finishing the items.... A few of them are TERRIBLE pieces I need to fix (lvl 67 unity, no int or chd)

    The only reason people like blood shards so much, is it's MUCH easier to target one particular slot. This does not hurt the "average player" Unless in direct response blizzard nerfs kadala.... which DOES Impact your gameplay.

    I don't understand why you didn't just move some items from your stash, to your inventory..... "Oh hey, their is this useful feature which allows me to access all my items from any character... BUT I'm going to drop them on the ground"

    Just to clarify for some people, they did not disappear because he left the game thus causing them to be removed.... he left the game and the SERVER closed that game because it was most likely recently made. His friend happened to pick up the Legacy witching hour which isn't Bound to your account.

    You can't put a number on it though. 75% doesn't mean anything. Go as high as you want. My monk is at 98% combined damage reduction, many wizards go for > 95% combined damage reduction, but there are also glass canons with less than 70% on each single damage reduction. Whatever works for you, but the higher the better because on Torment 6 every single percent reduction counts.

    3 people, rift guardian, 4.3B health. 15 seconds to kill.

    Group dps of 286,666,666.66666...., so... either they are really shit, or you're over exaggerating your dps.

    The guardian was stationary entire time, he had all CDs up too..... so, meh.
