There are numerous projects being worked on at Blizzard right now. WoW X5, SC2 X2, All Stars, Titan, Hearthstone and likely at least 1-2 more titles that they're experimenting with. All studios always have titles they experiment on.

1. We're yet to see ideas that weren't planned ahead by Jay. We're likely not going to see any for a long time. Most of the expansion stuff is his as well, very likely.
2. There was never a confirmation on what product he is moving.

They never planned on a 1.0.7. Before the game even released, they laid out their patch intents for the year, stating there'd be an AH patch, bug patches, a class rebalance patch, etc. They listed the rough intent behind the patches all the way up to 1.0.6 and then went on about 1.1 by the end of the year. They're slipping 1.0.7 in there to stall for time.

This is a BIG mistake. In fact the AHs should be kept if the offline mode was implement as one AH-free system, The worst part is seeing machines weaker than a PC running the game in offline mode, and the PC locked out.

Some of those are already back on the game, others aren't what we are asking to be brought back. I'll say the same I did in Cataclysm when the mid-core crowd said that bad design which excluded the majority of players was awesome and the best thing that happened to the game: Your demands aren't viable in the long run.
Jay isn't bringing anything to anywhere. His competence was ultimately proved underwhelming, and he quit. They are even looking for a external professional so the new director can actually move the game out of "fuck that loser" bunch's reach.

Damn, they keep pressing the same key, ignoring completely that what's is wrong is that very key-stroking. I hope for 2 things:
1) The new director want the D2 vision of what Diablo is. That's what we came expecting for.
2) That what is left of Jay Wilson's team don't sabotage the work of the new boss, just to campaign the older was better. We all saw how some of them behave on "fuck that loser" episode.
