It's just going to be too effective. It's the most effective build options for WD's due to a skill caveat that needs to be nerfed where Rain of Toads has like 8 ticks a second or some bullshit and around 10% it become a permanent lockdown.
Don't get me wrong, WD's need some buffs first though.
Another obvious build that hasn't been unearthed due to a lack of available gear. %paralyze/stun/blind/immobilize or whatever stacked on your 8% freebie means a really effective lockdown at around 15%...
I've been thinking for weeks that Disruption is by far under-appreciated and that entire builds will arise around Disruption because it gives a huge damage boon to so much of our other spells.
As stated, this ring has a very nice damage bonus and enough room for strength to make it worth wearing for a Barbarian. The resistance isn't a bad thing either.
22-43 damage
77 Strength
42 Cold Resist

I happen to think gameplay designed around "dance in and out all the time" removes much of the challenge and enjoyment in playing the game.
So you actually prefer a game that has less skillfull play in favor of simple gear checks? You're likely in the target audience Blizz has catered this game to...those who will willingly buy an equipment loadout for $300 on the AH because they've accepted that's their only chance at success in D3.
Look at this dude putting words in my mouth, pulling something completely unrelated (pay to win mechanics) out of his ass. That's called a straw man. Something tells me you're butthurt.
I like fighting enemies and winning based on my character's build and skill selection, not my ability to side step for an hour.
That's just stupid. Sidestepping doesn't require skill.
I tried to play Torchlight yesterday. I was doing fine until I ran into some big high-health 1-shot-kill monsters. Trying to step in, punch them once, step out, and repeat for over two minutes to kill them SUCKED.
Except all of you are neglecting to remember that all this really does is encourage you to have IAS on more items in order to keep a good attack speed, if that's one facet of your build.

Don't sit here and tell me there aren't AH bots either.

I might be able to buy that from you. You should have posted a tell all though. co 100K. I think.

Okay. I'm jelly right now that you trashed that, but it was funny. Someone had to do it once for the entire internet.
I'm pretty sure this game has given us all times when we wanted to do this.

Less IAS per items means more IAS items per build and an increased market value.

You're doing it wrong.
