At best they will refund you for 4 months, they may also give you credit. On another note i dont think there is any point in calling before you have actually added your CE to your account, and thats not possible before later this evening.
Called them, they took care of me and made me extremly happy. I did have to escalate though at first they said nothing we can do blah blah blah but we got it done and im a happy camper now

How can i open a ticket? Log into wow? My buddy wants to play tonight as do i but he doesnt have the money so i was gonna use 1 of my collector editions and give him my free copy.
They will not give you a Standard Edition key if you have the Annual Pass version of Diablo III. Don't even bother asking. They will only refund you a key if you purchased a Standard Edition and upgraded to the Collector's Edition.

So I leave my house to go to my friends to play Diablo 3 with him the night of launch. We start installing the game on his computer and bam the internet goes out. We try to get it back up and it won't so we decide to go to my house to attempt to play it, it's now midnight when we're leaving his house. We start driving and there is construction so the way to my house is blocked and I decide to take another route, somehow it's 1am now (Game launches 2am my time). We're almost to my house when someone rear ends me, the police show up and i can't leave for some reason, basically i end up missing the Diablo launch and finally I wake up.
This was my nightmare last night and it taught me two things. First I'm obviously thinking about D3 a lot to the point where it is coming into my dreams and secondly that i will not be leaving my house at all anymore from Sunday afternoon on in fear of for some reason not being able to get home by Tuesday morning at 2am for launch.
Anyone else had any dreams about Diablo 3 or had a dream where it made you decide not to do something. Thought it was a weird dream figured I'd share.
When i see a spoiler tag I'm all, "oh shit something i don't know and all these other motherfuckers are about to find out" so of course i look. Then afterwards I think it wasn't a big deal and I'd be sad if i found something important out about the story but yet the next time it happens, i look again. Terrible cycle.
