They said "not even blizzard soon" and that would mean more than 2-3 years, but they also said they don't want to take as much time as D3 (4 years since announcement).
1- The cutscene is an interesting point of view. In D3 you don't get a closer look at the monster you're killing.
2- They said they'll implement time of the day effects, idk about the duration of day and night, but it'd be nice to see especific events happening during the night.
I don't think this should influence gameplay as in some stuff that you can only do during nighttime, though.
3- The cultists are an example of humans we get to face in Diablo and specially in D3 you face them early on. I don't like the idea of "superhumans" that you have to face late in the game.
