    I have a very mixed feeling with this. As many have pointed out this could potentially be a space nightmare but on the other hand this is Diablo.

    I think its going to be on the lines of ones you have it its part of your toon but drop rates on the high end runes will keep things in balance, Low- to mid runes will drop semi-regularly while level 7s will drive us insane on inferno. We are already hunting for the one specific item drop already why not make it a rune.

    I do think affixes to the runes will leave though. Just way to much crazy.
