    These items seem close for damage (only really concerned about damage) but I am unsure on how much the +cold dmg benefits me. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    It can reroll to life 12% and life 12%, nothing prevents it from rolling the same exact stat.

    You got lucky with RNG

    I have farmed him for an hour and have gotten 0. Torment 5 I kill him in about 15-20 seconds. Literally a full paragon level (288 million) and 0 drops.

    I think you underestimate what best in slot can do.

I do like 8-10 million frozen orb crits (10+ always when grouped with a WD) and I only have 30% cold damage and missing a lot of paragon points. Best in slot will be well over triple or even quadruple what I do right now (at least, that is what I anticipate).
    I dont underestimate what any of this does. I have 110% cold/orb damage for my frost wiz and my orbs crit for 12-15m easily. upwards of ~20m depending on black hole stacks. I understand there's still a lot of gear progression to be made for most people. But the gear that IS available, I don't see Torment 6 being efficient in the slightest bit, unless it has a VASTLY superior drop chance than lower torments, that people can damn near 1 shot elite packs.
    Group play helps too. Monster hp doesnt scale exactly the same per person. If one person can do T4 or T5 efficiently, then 4 can do T6 efficiently.

    I made this argument the day the 2.0 patch hit live and I saw a helm could only have 3 primary stats with a single socket. Yea, that socket can add a lot... but it looks so plain.

    Personally, I dislike the 4/2 system as well. Would be kind of nice if we could reroll a secondary stat into a primary stat or some other system.

    Wish I had some better luck with legendary items dropping. Feels like with how much time I have put in I should have a lot better gear. I am sitting at around 1.4 or 1.5m dmg and 5.5m toughness at the moment. The only notable legendary I have is frostburns (I crafted some legendary legs which are just 6 stats and bracers which are also just 6 stats). Damn you RNG!

    31% crit chance is pretty low.

    You can get 10% crit from gloves (as well as attack speed + crit dmg), 10% crit from amulet (as well as AS/crit dmg), 6% from helm/bracers/rings (rings can also have AS/crit dmg) and you have 5% base crit. So you can get 49% crit without passives/skill buffs/followers.

    If you make it so 2h can have 2 sockets, then you almost force WD/wiz into using 2h items. Consider yourself lucky that you can have 2 weapons with sockets and just go with that.

    Will check again tomorrow, but I believe I am around 1 mil dps, 4.5 mil toughness, 15% cold damage and 42% arcane orb damage. Working on finding the frozen blood for the crafted legendary which will give me up to 20% more cold damage too.

    Well, they kind of are a new mob for the fields... but that is just because rares used to spawn with set minions and now they are random minions.

    posted a message on Power Leveling 1-60 ~2.5 - 3 hours
    This is what I do for my rushes:

    1) Give the checkpoint for CotA

    2) CotA up to 59

    3) Kill Butcher, Belial and Azmodan on torment 1 (this should ding them 60, and net them 3 level 59 legendaries)

    4) Kill Diablo (level 60 legendary)

    Can be done in under an hour, depending on your gear.

    It should be noted that if you drop white items from your inventory, it won't pick them up so you can't even pick up an item then drop it later.
