Anyone know of an up-to-date version of the info presented there? You can pull up all the various sets, legs, etc. I like the paperdoll portion where you can find all the selected affixes for your particular class, e.g. cooldown slots for a sorc add up alot!
You can move better than 25% with the green belt, there are some other items that bump up maximum speed, but I don't recall them at 4AM. You would need to inventory two builds, one for speed and one for kill, unless you have really fast TP times back to town for the new closet. The easiest thing to do is give up the Necro, a Danetta'nades UE build is plenty fast and will wipe bosses out at T10.
I wouldn't give up so fast on an Attempt, you can learn shortcuts better with multiple runs. When I did Avarice, I just stayed in one Act until I had collected the 10 cache bags I needed, and only then moved to another act. My completion times dropped in half from initial cache to end cache.
I had my clan offer to help on this conquest. Two DHs, one Necro. The DHs did nothing but run, and then activate the boss event. Both DHs declined, and the Necro and I accepted. They beat it in half the time. It was clear that the DHs had a well honed boss order, as I waited less than 20 seconds in between events.
So recruit a runner or two. Nothing in the task says 'solo'. and do Diablo last, his endless Death scene doesn't count in the timing.
What I'm more annoyed about is that I'm going to have to refarm all my ancient weapons that have these damage ranges buffed as some of the existing items will, at the very most, be retroactively bumped up to the maximum of the current live damage range
Minimum, as noted in da Notes (where else?)
The Yang bow got +100% not 150%, etc
This isn't the Re-Balancing patch, it's the Re-Farming patch. But who really plays Non-Season anyway? (those that do are eternally farming now)
u gotta look at from a game devolper point of view, action, rpgs need filler items if there was no filler items u would litteraly get wat u want every time lol, welcome to the loot pool rng.
Well, I see that point. But surely isn't Blackthorns enough fodder/filler? It's just strange that a class seems to have a favored drop, I remember seeing the same thing for other classes, just not the actual names etc. I know that there is a weighting for the legs, this is not about the rarer ones failing to show. Finding Forgotten Souls is a large part of the hated farming side of the game, every useful to enchant/reforge drinks those like water (firehose style).
It's almost like drops based on RNG are random. Who'da funk it.
I don't understand how your relating broken RNG and gambling on other classes. Whats broken about it? Some classes have less boots in there loot table and as such there is a higher chance to get specific boots when gambling... Whats broken about that?
Oh, you must have a use for Heart of Iron as a DH!
No idea what your going on about MF in D2 either, I played D2 since before expansion and MF always worked the same... There was no ancient conspiracy, you honestly just sound salty that you've not been lucky...
You didn't play in b4 expansion, the fix went in a few months before. This is back when the originals were still around, not the late arrivals. Anybody that played seriously saw double drops a lot. Lots of posts back on Lurker (RIP)
Back in S7, as a LeapQuake Barb, I would find Cindercoatalot, I may have seen one Heart of Iron all season. With more gameplay time in hand, as a DH in S10, all I ever seem to seem to find is Heart of Iron. If I gamble ~400 bshards, I'm getting one. Of course, what I want is a Cindercoat! If a leg chest drops, half the time, guess what, HoI again.
Now, apparently, this broken RNG behavior is so well known with high level players that they give advice on what class to gamble an item, I recall someone stating, if you want X use a wizard, they get them all the time.
Now, if there was a no-sets Conquest, that Heart of Iron would be useful (thorns barb does it easy). But I find no reason for a DH to need one.
wtph?
Now Blizz games have a history of wanky PRNG. Back in classic D2, there was a lot of talk about the great values of MF to have, and tons of Blizz denial. Finally, one group published their research on the sweet values, and about 6 weeks later, Blizz did something but never owned up. I see signs of the same things here, double drops of nearly the same leg, etc. Some coders never heard of Knuth.
There is only one room for the Mushroom to appear, it has to fit into a corner. That means that the waypoint must be at another corner, with a path leading to the right. It's only cathedral 1. There are many guides, and probably Youtube videos on the Herding - has Izzy dropped the formula yet?
There is probably a local posting here on the Staff, the diablo wikis have some good detail, and icy-veins looks like he took his from the wikis. jfgi

since necros are declared to be OP, the build is simple
Anything that works in T12; T13 for masochists

Good thing I've been ignoring this junk.

It's Backk!!!
You should do Diablo last, as I've heard that you will get credit for the Conquest during the endless Diablo death cartoon.
