D3 community is dying, but it is not dead. It'll be at the last bit of health during Season 9. most people have their final stash tap in the game now. Hardcore community is pretty much at 1% health. Pubs in Hardcore are dead.
As for softcore its at a 10% health. S9 will bring it to 5%. I played the D1 texture pack in the PTR. It is literally a 16 level rift with low density. We wanted D1 dungeons with D3 gameplay. And we didn't get that. The new items help out with the meta. But the WD LoN SB build is broken until they rebalance the Barber weapon. I already played S4 where the monk dominated the community, until Blizzard nerfed static charge.
When the Necro pack is launched the community will spike to like 15% of its original player base for the first 2 weeks. Then drop back to 10%.
Most of my friends haven't touched the game since Patch 2.1.0 so they don't even know about the cube. Removal of trail Keys, removal of rift keys, bounty mats, etc. This will be the only reason that keeps the players after they purchase the necro pack .

You can actually run 2x Grenade DH. 1 with BOTT, SS, & PE (uses grenade that fires 3 at once). 1 with BOTT, SS, & BOTS (this one fires single grenade rune).
You people rely too much on the PTR. Bagstones already said this like 3 different times. Angryroleplayer has also addressed this. The PTR doesn't reflect the LIVE Meta.

No where did i say PC players didn't cheat. And no shit sherlock...there's been a ban wave every season since season 5 during RoS. Very famous streamer used to play D3 til his "brother chris" got arrested. Even during vanilla there was exploitation / cheating. How do you think the best 2 socket manticore and the best Barb ammy in the game got dupped.

I said you dont get Over power weapons at a low level. You only have the Gem of ease to lower an ancient weapon to level 1.
Now what can you do on console, you can Mod a weapon to have over 9000 sockets, and have the average damage be 10 billion. Because the original poster does have a picture, all we can do is assume he is talking about a "gem of ease" weapon or a "Hacked" weapon.

Hate to burst your bubble but most people on this site are "PC master race " users.
The person you saw either used used a gen of ease or has a hacked weapon. If it's a hacked weapon. Go on google and figure out how to do it yourself

The easiest way is to go into act 5 of campaign and talk to the enchantress. On average you'll get 2 pools to spawn.
Either find someone who completed the campaign. Or do it yourself. It only takes 1 hour if you speed.

Dude that's a horrible design. So they decided to have an array point to another line of code? At this point they might as well give everyone 30 total stash tabs and 5 extra for the necromancer.
The person who originally came up with that idea had it in mind of increased stash space for alt builds. Because what eats up space the most are the set items. And due to the nature of solo vs group. People horde up to 4 of each item.
Im personally don't need anymore space passed 8 tabs but I completely all the season just for the full 10. The only mode where I see hording was critical was hardcore. But in hardcore I feel like you need 10 tabs per class. Hence why I only play barb in hardcore.
Idk man, I have a feeling it'll take blizzard a year to figure out this is a bad move. Well experience another "magic find / bonus experience nerd scenarios" again. Full of trial and error

Its been 8 seasons and people still cannot get the order correct.
It is very simple, open the world map and check where the bonus is active.
Starting from Season 5 bounties became a necessity to complete all 5 acts versus spamming act1.
We need a petition to fix the system on bounties.
This will help out both groups and solo play as there will be no "blacklisting" of bad players.
If the order system is removed the miss click scenario can be avoided at all times.
If a player disconnects from the servers, they can complete the bounties they lost.
Another idea I have is to remove the bounty system entirely. This idea came from the "special PTR vendor"
What if we pay for bounty caches with shards.
kadala will have another tab for act specific caches.
375 shards = 8 mats from 1 act. and loot from that act.
500 shards = 12 mats from 1 act. and loot from that act.

The drop rate in this game is rediculously high right now.
Friends trade is overall a bad idea like many pointed out. You remember D2jsp?
I could literally overload my friends list with d2jsp people and sell stuff through paypal. Also what say it that my friend's list matches the person i'm trading with "list?"
Example:
set gloves drop with 50% CHD, 10% CHC, 8% CDR, and 20% AD. this is a "factory new drop" it would sell like hot cakes. I think ill mark the price to be $250,000 USD. And trust me i'll find someone that would drop that money for it.
The rarest ammy in vanilla Majesty Thrasher was literally kept on the down low because people didn't want chinese gold farmers to duplicate it. Guess what, it got dupped.

ditto, I've played D3 since 2012. The only time i stopped was when Decaying Crypts / FoM runs were getting too boring.
I came back when RoS launched and have played every single season. Do i need a big announcement to keep me from leaving? No, honestly, i just need fancy new wings to keep to this game. So yes, i have my 10 max stash tabs. But i still come back to the game because the gameplay alone has no rival, IMO. Granted now i only have to play to CH4 of the season journey.

Patch 2.4.5: should be rebalance akhans set, WotW set (make a true WW set and one that doesn't spit out tornadoes to lag out the server), Vyr's set, Uliana's set (do something about 2 pce, 4 pcs set bonuses).
D3 isn't D3AD, but it is dying. There is a huge difference that people need to understand.
