But the game is already gold (in print).
Announce a date, put up a starter edition (demo) on b.net to reboot the awareness and momentum to release and cut the crap Blizzard!
Believe me the beta is a double-edge sword, it's fun the first run of each class, then you max them out and complete the achievements because Blizzard didn't even made the effort to put epic loot in just to keep things interesting. So you realise this ain't a beta of D3 but Battle.net running a demo. In the end you are left with nothing worth doing ingame beside the last 20 minutes for a yellow drop. All the beta does is wanting to play the full game because the damn game is so good. At least it should be release soon, you'll get to enjoy it.

As lucky as you think you are, you are still a poor bloke playing a videogame and posting on the internet. There are luckier people than you, way more, and way luckier.

You shouldn't be here complaining, again, you can enjoy any act and tune the difficulty to your liking.

70% off of games selling at 19.99$ or lower, YOUR post is misleading. 70% off a 60$ games would be 17.99$, Diablo 3 is not part of the Pokemon promotion.

That said, drop rates of such items are way too low, that is why Blizzard is doubling them up. Although it is doubtful it will fix the problem they have with people leaving since most people still have very low MF and sub-50k dps.
Blizzard did a poor job of foreseeing the scope of some affixes total numbers, like attack speed, then crit paired with life on hit and certain skills. So they surely didn't realize a 375%, which almost quadruple your chance of getting better rarity [and number of affixes], would lead to problems for the majority of players not seeing legendaries and set items with drop rates accounting high MF. They either had to increase the drop rates or continue losing their player base. Doubling the chances is a start, people don't seem to grasp what 100% chances mean, it means that 375MF in 1.0.5 is 750MF in 1.0.4.

I personally don't believe in dupes because item can only be created server-side.

From the article:
"if a monster has a 4% chance to drop a 6-affix rare item and you have +50% magic find, it now has a 6% chance to drop that item."
4+4x0.50=6

Did you meant "That's now" or "That's not"?
Either way the reply to both is "It has been this way since Diablo 2"
