    it's not a clan... its a one night team..... we get 5 or 6 people we start a game and thats it. no time for hanging around..... we get things that stacks to be more powerfull...... its not like hey I want to try some new shity build... no u pick the build that work the most effiency to finish the game the most rapidly...

    As The Title state it, i'm going foward to create a groupe of people (5-6) to rush the ladder from normal to hell ( from act 1 normal, to baal nightmare, so to become a champion and have the right to play in hell then).... I do not plan on starting hell on the same night.

    Time schedule is (average nothing close to be sure): after the reset I plan to be around.... 4 or 5 pm. we play for an average 2.5 hours normal, then 3hours in nightmare or more to be done in hell with an average level 60 before 12h00 or 1am... Of course the patch can be delayed so our finish time can be delayed too.

    GOAL OF THE TEAM: FINISH UP IN HELL AS FAST POSSIBLE.
    This include but is not limited to: picking only one character described below, have the team set before the ladder is restarted and other rule I explain.

    I ask every one to NOT join this if they dont follow one of the condition:

    1- do not plan to play one of the charactere in the list below... (maybe the list can be modified)
    2- can't stay until the end.... this include that we may end in the early next morning ( 2 am max...)
    3- is planning to leave for more than 10 to 20mins ( peeing, dinning or smoking is allowed xd but you'll then have to rush for the levels and etc)
    4- dont want to follow the rule of the name (see bellow)
    Here is a draft of what I want the team to be... THe more effective possible. I don't mind to play any, so I can pick either last or first.

    Draft TeaM:

    1- Summon necro
    2- sorc maybe enchant ( even if necro's minion can't no longer be enchanted the pallys will be enchantable and so all the merceneraries)
    3- Barb Bo or oak druid
    4- paly with fana ( a zealot with both vigor and fana... The one i want to play)

    other characters do not look really important...
    so you can feel free to pick up an explo necro, blizz sorc, oak druid...

    Those characters will be made with the only goal of achieving the ladder... under those circumstances.... they will probably waste points in not really usefull skills (vigor, warmth, might) and

    The rule of the name

    all their name will include the DF_ sign... I.E.:

    DF_SHaft
    DF_King
    DF_1st
    DF_Pro
    DF_N00B

    and so on...... the final part of the name is under the discretion of the player...... if some one want to suggest something more representative to our community he may simply post his suggestion and any reasonable suggestion will be taken with interest...

    This post will be updated at any moment that it needs to fit the group desires...

    how come a small bone necro without even the required mana can be better than a necro summon (of course this necro put 1 skill in all the required malediction and 1 in clay golem...) I still can't see why a bone could be better than a summon without gear....

    They wont kill good until higher levels, however they wont have the problem you will have. Your team is too firefocused and melee focused. Hell is pain with weak melee gear, and even with massive firedamage and meleepower you would have trouble in act 4 atleast.

    Barbarians leap stuns enemies, no need to worry about tanking. Necromancers slow completely handicaps bosses, paladins aura negates imunities and sorcs purely rape everything in their path.

    well at very first the gold is TO REACH HELLL.. not to beat hell..... otherwise.... im pretty sure iron maiden in act 4 wont so lame... those dude wont make any damage at all but they will have heavy def and health.... barb with bo and oak... which do like 50-100 dmg won't kill hiself in hours..... even with lifetap..... which should really help a lot.... the idea is to stack shit to go the quicker possible... i dont understand in what a blizzsorc could help you compared to a necro summon with conviction and might ..... or a fire sorc compared to a zealer ....

    Can you guys think about stacking up things.... the idea is to go the fastest possible.... not hte best lvl 99 full geared character.... keep in mind you play the 1st day, the 1st hour of ladder.... you don't even have the second way point......no way you will have even a leaf until 2 or 3 hours if your very lucky

    considering an "aura" as a skill at the right, using using zeal as the main attack is a very good idea.

    I just got another question... is there any pally skill that can be as usefull as zeal because if the team has 2 or 3 pally maybe having different main attack could be better? or not? just use 2 or 3 time zeal?

    I was planning what were the best builds to level up the quicker on the first day. Of course I'm talking about 5, 6 or 7 player they work togheter in a game to level the quicker possible and manage to get through hell the 1st. so there are my toughts and I hope then you'll add yours to help me... builds in order of importance 1st then expanation:

    1-Enchant fire sorc for teleport with a act1 merc
    2- paly with an aura like might with act2 merc
    3- paly with an aura like vigor with act2 merc
    4- necro summon with act2 merc
    5- wind druid with oak act1 merc
    6- BO barb with act1 merc
    7- paly with another late aura with act1 merc


    Of course all the presumption I did was within patch 1.12. If changes appear like with act 5 or act 3 merc maybe those will change but for the purpose, i want every one to post with the patch 1.12.


    So there we go, here are the explanations:

    Enchant fire sorc is the most important even without teleport.... seriously multiply fire enchant x4 melee character and all the summons nothing will be more usefull than this ever to reach the goal. Of course with all the +attac rating paly will not really need any dex... welll.... teleport of course. paly with aura x2 is absolutly important... imagine vigor and might on all the summons and x4 melee character... wow necro summon! the most uber for this team... all the summons will receive bonuses from all the paly the BO the oak and the 3x merc act2.... this is the ultimate army leader! druid oak ... welll just to give more health to every one.... BO barb... to gives more health, def and +1 skill to every one of course. and finnaly if you have another friend give him a useless paly....


    Maybe there is changes to be made. Help me ! I think even if this is not the best, this can manage to reach hell within 7 or 8 hours because it will kill very very fast...

    As the title state it, I made on my real blog a 10 000 word post about Diablo II:Lod patch 1.13, patch change. This post is made from the 100 page of the suggestion forum on the blizzard site. This post containt mostly but is not limited to:


    • skills
    • Main Bugs
    • Gamebreak
    • Runes/Items
    • User Interface
    • World Event
    • Synergies
    • Rare and set Improvement
    • and lot more... must see on my blog

    I don't know what I can tell you right now there is too much to say, but what I found the more interesting was about the anti rush measure or synergies or runes. By the way the skill change was biggest paragraph. Here are some quote one from some categories:

    Improve damages:

    Damages must be improved. In no way any melee character can do a correct amount of damage without one of the "runewords" . Enchance the base damage for two-handed weapons.



    In hardcore, there should absolutly be an option to de-activate hostilities or make players unable to attack other player



    Rare and set item:

    Rare and set item should be as good as runewords or at least enough powerfull to make us want them instead of just not picking it and say not again this piece of crap



    Immunities vs. High resistances:

    Immunities should be removed in hell and be replaced by HIGH resistance or an extreme resistance.



    Synergies:

    synergy totally ruined the game...not only it "forced" the player to spend all his points in a single tree or a single part of tree(like the trap assassin has to spend into all her traps to get decent lightning sentry damage), it also reduced the diversity of characters on the realm....This is the reason the only thing you see in duel games nowadays are hammerdins, bone necros, trapsins and some sorceress....of course there are more but hey, theres what? 10 different builds that are really good in pvp now...



    Dupes/duped item:

    Runes and jewels now carry an own ID and are therefore detectable by Ruststorm



    User interface:

    On the bottom right corner we should see an "arrow" which one we can click to access the "second character page" and be able to view all the stats we can't currently see

    he's right, you won't ever get a single hr in hell or even anywhere else.

    Otherwise you go on iternet and type d2***.com and buy for cheap..... or once again you go and do a blizzsorc with no mf.... mf increase chance of drop of item 1..... rune drop are on the second drop which are runes for countess. It doesn't need mf.... all you gotta do is get a meteor or blizz sorc up very quick with the most dmg(+skill and nothing else) to do it the quickest possible. If you need more info for the countess you can ask me, I'll find you the "countess guid".
