It's a whole lot more complicated than just replacing your organs. There are a host of body functions you need to work around, especially the programmed cell-death that all cells have except for two: stem cells and cancer cells.
Dying is, from an evolutionary view, much more profitable than eternal life, the main reason being the damage a being suffers from too long life in the form of cell mutations. Eternal life is probably quite far off yet.
Even if it is, the technology to preserve cells has existed for decades and will only have improved in the future. Cryogenic freezing is not out of the question and so can theoretically extend anyone's lifespan until the necessary technology to prevent or circumvent cell death is discovered.
I fully believe that this generation of humans may be the first to create technology extending life to unbelievable lengths of time! The only natural reason we die is because our organs fail, so if we can keep our organs healthy or replace them with healthy ones, we won't die or age, really. And if we can completely map the brain, we may be able to transfer our very consciousness to a different body.
So with that in mind, we may all live long enough to make alien contact.
You are wrong.
I hate wow because I dislike the gameplay. Also the fact that i don't like to spend more then a hour playing, and in wow a hour is only the time to get into the dungeons.
And D2 don't have a big influence in wow at all. Only who never played a wide range of MMO say that. Most of wow features comes from anarchy online, final fantasy XI, everquest and ultima online. The only other huge influence in wow are warcraft 3 with the graphics (both tech and art).
I've played virtually every MMO released and I think WoW very obviously draws inspiration from Diablo II in many facets of the game.
Now you're just being rediculous. I've replied at least four times to do by saying there shouldn't just be one thing to do for you but that doesn't mean that out of all the things you could be doing, bossruns couldn't be a few of those choices. Are you blind or only reading certain parts of my posts?
Not to mention that they could have ways to ensure that you must play through the content up to the boss, rather than skipping past it every time.
If Bossruns are obviously the most efficient way to get EXP, that's what people will do.
I think losing your loot and having to run to your body is kind of a needless component of the game. First of all, it doesn't make any sense because all of a sudden, you have two bodies...
Secondly, it's a needless frustration because if you die in a crowded area, you can't ever get your body again because you have no gear, so you have to Save & Exit.
The best solution is checkpoints and the second-best solution is a ghost run. Ghost runs are still bad, though, because they don't deal with the problem of multiple deaths due to crowding.

Wizards and witch doctors are just manipulating existing physics within the universe. They are scholars and scientists, really.
Think about a flamethrower IRL. How is this any different from the spell Inferno?

"This is just like WoW!"
And from the casual's standpoint, it probably is.
