You act like the pylon meta is something new....If your going to rank high on leader boards the name of the game has always been rift phishing and pylon hunting at the high levels. Welcome to ranking in Diablo where time invested has a direct impact on power level, as a game should be. How much skill can be involved in a game where u have 6 buttons???? Diablo games have always been a gear/level grind...Since Diablo 1. Nothing has changed quit pouting.

posted a message on UE6 with Krider/Meticulous or Balefire(Or Calamity) and DML?

Ive seen videos if the krider shot build but the output did not seem very impressive. I was just curious if anyone has definitive math.

Wudijo your the man! I'm using a nice regular Balefire currently would an ancient regular bow be better than Balefire? Provided it has good rolls.

I was able to get to the point I was with M6, using GR level as a gauge, as I made it to GR 44. With better gear, UE can potentially be better than M6. Just have to slot in some defensive passives (Perfectionist) and a Molten Wilderbeast Gizzard.

Defense is certainly never the answer for solo greater rifts. At 50+ your getting 1 shot by everything anyways. Use iceblink gem to proc your slow in conjunction with evasive fire focus, focus/restraint because even a having those rings roll terrible they are a better damage increase than anything else. The only defensive skill you should use is awareness. These things aside glass cannon all the way, you get a rift with shitty mobs leave the game and try again!

if you play UE6 ancient Odysseys end is most likely the best weapon in the game. Use Taeguk, Trapped, and Zeis with it use entangling shot to proc your slow and blow shit up!

Iceblink is more than viable. In UE6 especially its amazing as you need to proc the slow and since you cast your generator frequently it is really good. In solo play it is literally the best 3rd gem for UE6. In Group play taeguk is superior.

Yes I'm aiming to use DML for sure as it is quite literally a 60% dmg increase at the top end (i play seasonal). The only tier 1 option to me is krider and meticulous bolts, below that I dont envision anything outperforming any weapon in combo with DML. My question is which weapon type will be best. I get the special affix but aside from Krider shot and Odysseys end the affixs are quite underwhelming. Im just wondering which weapon type to force craft until I find krider or Odysseys end ancient.

So I am running UE6 and wrecking things and im just curious to which weapon type is the best, Hand Xbow, Xbow, or Bow. This is pre kridershot so what weapon would i want to craft an ancient of (or find an ancient of) and use? I was thinking bow but I'm not sure any help or math would be appreciated thanks!

51 really is not impressive though...With Unhallowed and next to no fishing I got through GR50 in like 10 minutes. I would think the new gem of choice after trapped and zeis would be iceblink, then you don't need to use polar stations in any situation, you would go with spitfire even solo. you get 10% more crit then as well. I cant imagine any situation where doubling your damage would be inferior to any amount of RCR.

Was just curious if the set bonus work with M6 sentries. I did a ton of testing of the new sets on PTR using the set bonus but neglected to test M6 with these rings. If it does indeed work with M6 sentries I cant see any other set competing with M6 solo play.

What do you mean no one has geared UE properly? What would you change? IAS instead of dex? crit and crit dmg are mandatory on jewelry as is a socket, this means you can re-roll only your primary stat for IAS or RCR. Weapon is literally the only slot for a DPS stat where there are options, you either go 10% rcr or 7% ias. How do you figure people are gearing it wrong?

The gem is amazing I can speak to it first hand. Might not be great for M6 but for UE6 its amazing, turns EF focus into your slow. The ring sucks as you would always use bastions will set for rings.

...Its going to hurt it tremendously, your essentially proccing the set bonus 3X as much as you should be with how it is currently. When this is fixed the damage from the belt goes down by 3X and the amount you can CC gos down by 3X. So your losing your primary source of damage. Strafe does not hit hard at all maybe 150 mill with Bastions will. Compare this to UE6 where MS crits for 600 million and the rockets hit for 2 billion.

Its tough to be bad at nats. Unfortunately they are nerfing it. The reason nats was so successful is that the majority of the damage came from the 3000-4000% dmg proc on the belt every time you cast ROV, and with icy trails strafe you could basically spam ROV allowing you to stack toughness on every single armor slot and not worry about offensive stats at all except for on jewelry. They are fixing the bug however that allows icy trail to proc the set bonus multiple times per cast which means that UE6 will be far superior damage wise. Whats going to be interesting is to see how marauders does using focus/restraint. If sentries gain the benefit of the dmg buffs from bastiones will then M6 in all likelihood will be all alone at the top of the leader boards again.

Ive done 50+ with nats, UE and M6 all 3 solo on PTR. UE6 looks like it has the highest potential output of the 3 sets but the survivability that comes with Nats is pretty insane.
