Would love to get a playable demo even if it only lasted 20 minutes! :D
I hate how companies dangle the carrot in front of us only to keep moving it out of reach! Hopefully they will release some more information/game footage towards the end of the month, I'm sure monthly updates are not too much to ask for!
Notice how in that clip as the demon is summoned the color is just SUCKED out of the area.

Yeah I think thats a great idea, some of the art work shows huge mummified bodies in the grounds of some kind of temple. Would be interesting fighting against its two arms and its head as separate parts, so that if you destroyed one of its arms it would continue to fight with its remaining arm and head.

Theirs alot of things they could do with bosses, and by the looks of things their already thinking about what things their going to do. Really liked the monster that was constructed by the cultists. Even better how we get a small glimpse of the creature they encounter at the end of the game footage clip while going through the Cathedral (just before the you're told to be careful of the wall, can see the huge creature and its distinctive claws in the shadows! And people say the games way too colourful and doesn't have enough darkness and shadows!!)

I'd like to see battles like if all the waves at the Throne of Destruction were happening at one time. Masses of enemies of various types, and you have to cut through them and use all your tricks just to survive under the crush.

I think having the WoW perspective with regards to more scripted, alternate and interesting boss fights will help Diablo alot.
Their not saying their going to make all bosses 50ft tall, massive builds, cartoony graphics etc the mechanics and massive team working required to take down a boss in WoW would be great in Diablo!
I'd like to see some Contra-style bosses in Diablo 3. By that I mean bosses you can gradually take apart and disable in combat. But only if it would be a smooth battle, I mean.

I find it truly saddening that heroism is marked by physical appearance. I personally feel the current Witchdoctor looks quite good.

    OP.

    You fail.
Donkey/Sheep... and that's an arch, NOT a "rainbow".

    You sir, need an education.
It was a /joke/. You sir, as well as many others, need to learn to have a sense of humor. God, no wonder you want Diablo drab and colorless. It'd match your personalities perfectly.

There are bunnies in d2 lod as well.. Just take a walk in the Frigid Highlands, you'll see plenty of them.. And even worse, you can't squash them like rats and scorps..!

And actually, you can squash them.

I'd like to bring up a pressing issue. Some people out there are saying that bunnies and rainbows aren't gothic enough for Diablo 3. I wish to present proof that says otherwise. As you can see, bunnies and rainbows are as gothic as anything found in Diablo or Diablo 2, and possibly even moreso. With this I'd like to put an end to the bunny/rainbow slander that's been going on, as it's unfair and untrue.

Nice, so the next time i'll join a duel game and rape everyone they can kick my ass out of it?

This is not CS, it's Diablo, thank you.
PKing and unstructured PvP is already out of Diablo 3. You can't toggle anymore. I'm happy about this.

actually, the hes right, at least 1-9, read your diablo game manuels

1: The Three Prime Evils and the Four Lesser Evils rule over the Burning Hells, in an endless war against the forces of the High Heavens.
2: The Brothers turn their attention to corrupting mortals in the belief that they will be the deciding factor in their war on the High Heavens, and that the vast energies of mortal souls will allow them power unimaginable.(It is thought they were hunting for something extremely particular at one point, yet there is no record to what artifact, trinket, bloodline, etc, etc. they sought.)
3: Belial and Azmodan are convinced the Brothers have grown weak and feeble, and lead a rebellion of the greater armies of the Burning Hells, the 'Horned Death', against Mephisto, Baal, and Diablo, who destroy a third of the entire force before they are finally defeated. With their forms destroyed, they are banished to Sanctuary. Little to the knowledge of the bickering Lesser Evils, these events had been masterminded by the Prime Evils all along as a long and elaborate plot to use the Soulstones(based on information divulged by Izual, the Fallen Angel) to press the energies of Hell upon the Mortal realm so as to claim it, and therefore absolute victory, in the Sin War.
4: Soon after, Belial and Azmodan's alliance collapses as they end up in petty squabbles over who should hold more power. They break into a civil war that lasts to an unknowable point, but which could still be going on.
5: The Prime Evils find themselves crippled by their own arrogance, weakened by their very manifestation into the Mortal realm. They begin to possess bodies, finding it a means to prevent their loss of energy and to regain it anew, using the vessel as a battery for new energies stolen from human souls. The more powerful the host, the more powerful they are able to become.
6: The Brothers rampage across Sanctuary, until finally Mephisto is hunted down and trapped within a Soulstone by the Horadrim. He finds he is too weakened to manipulate the vast energies, and so remains encapsulated until the events where he is made able to manipulate the High Council of Zakarum.
7: Baal shatters one of the Soulstones in a confrontation with the Horadrim. He engages in battle but is weakened and forced to retreat. He and Diablo change their plan, and decide to return to Hell and use renewed power to take back control and to utterly annihilate Sanctuary.
8: Baal attempts to directly confront the Horadrim who seek him, yet is defeated. With the shattered Soulstone too weak to contain his evil, a young mage of incredible will, Tal Rasha, steps forward to act as a living Soulstone and so to wrestle with and contain the demon for as long as he is able. He is entombed, and remains so until Marius, a former member of the Horadrim himself, frees him. He is by that point utterly dominated by Baal's will. It is known that Jered Cain was among those that captured Baal.
9: Diablo is hunted to the West by the Horadrim, among whom is Jered Cain, father of Deckard Cain. Finally, he is trapped and contained deep beneath the Tristram Cathedral.
10: Time passes, and Diablo thrashes in his prison, testing it, weakening it, growing in strength as the Soulstone is slowly corrupted. Eventually he is able to seed his influence.
11: The Archbishop Lazarus, promised grandeur and great reward by the Lord of Terror, attempts to lead King Leoric to become Diablo's host. The plan fails, and instead Leoric is driven mad, leading Lazarus to instead bring forth Leoric's son Albrecht.
12: Lazarus' failure is not tolerated, as Albrecht is far too weak to make a suitable host. Lazarus becomes a pawn in a new game, to lure forth a questing hero to be strengthened in fighting the horrors in his descent to Diablo's prison.
13: The witch Adria appears, possessing arcane knowledge and items which baffle Deckard Cain, now the village elder of Tristram. Many heroes appear, to gain glory and knowledge by exploits within the dungeons beneath Tristram.
14: The hero, having slaughtered the full force in defense of the Lord of Terror, vanquishes Diablo. Yet Diablo has already gained access to the mind of the hero, and so the hero by his dark whispers damns himself, and makes himself the new vessel in which the Lord of Terror can manifest at far greater strength. Two other heroes, a Sorcerer and a Rogue, meet horrible fates. The Rogue is killed and recovered by her sisters in ceremonial burial. The Sorcerer is driven to madness and corruption, and wanders to Lut Ghulein in search of the Arcane Sanctuary of Horazon.
15: The forces of Hell once more align to the side of the Brothers. The Warrior, slowly ebbing under the influence of the Lord of Terror, travels East. Tristram is beset by horrors and burned to the ground, the inhabitants slaughtered. Deckard Cain is captured. The Demon Queen and Maiden of Anguish Andariel manifests within the Rogue Monastery, and ressurects the Rogue heroin as Blood Raven to act as her leiutenant. The Wanderer comes across Marius, a former member of the Horadrim, and takes him as a companion in his travels.
    16: DIABLO 2.

    Also:
-Council Member type demons appear in Diablo 3. They're what the cultists turn into.
-Yes, there are probably 100+ more little numbers that could sneak in there, but I'm tired and this isn't worth it.

    exactly, metamorphisized...not transformed.
Metamorphized as in grew from under the skin and burst out of the human cocoon. If it hadn't of been a full form shift he'd of still had to be vaguely humanoid instead of saur-ish. But considering the other extreme redesigns so far seen, I'm not even sure.
