Someone at my home site, sc2armory.com (soon to have a sister site, d3armory.com) posted a bunch of avatars, the Tyrael one caught my eye so I played around with it photoshop to bring out the face of and Angel in it. Thought it was interesting, Blizzard put a face on divinity.

Now this is just a theory that occured to me, which is totally possible theoretically but I have no evidence it has (or will) ever happened.

The Lesser Evils (Duriel, Andariel, Azmodan, and Beliel) do not have to be malicious entities from before the dawn of time or anything at all like that. Andariel, for example is the grandaughter of Mephesto and the daughter of Lilith. Her lineage is purely demonic so she can be a Evil. So anyway, it is possible for more lesser evils to be produced, one could even ascend to Prime Evil if it came to it, or Diablo has a baby brother coming.

Like I said, it's possioble but theres no evidence it has or will happen, though it would explain the absence of an almighty Demon to kill.

Keep in mind, Tyrael was considered a rogue arch-angel for helping humans and directly fighting demons in santuary, all of which is good for humanity. Tyrael destroyed the worldstone, that may have been the last straw for the hierarchy of heaven (don't even say God did it, God's not even a character in Diablo) so he may have been banished from heaven via meteor which may be a harbringer of doom, but meteor are never bringers of doom.

He may be banished from heaven, but only for helping humanity, every blizzard game needs a sacrifice.

We need the Hulk or something to undo this massive derailing. Think Diablo.

Diablo is the original RPG, most MMO are actually MMORPGs, like WoW.
