As the topic states, post any little thing you have found that helps your playthrough a little more bearable.
1. Take advantage of change in elevation in some dungeons with Hydra. Some monsters have poor pathing and you can plop down a Hydra, run away, and come back when everything is dead.
2. If you can't kill a pack of elites kite them to a empty, out-of-the-way part of the map that is no longer in your path to the exit.
3. Don't try to kill fast, fire chain, spiders.
4. Inferno past act 1 isn't conducive for a straight playthrough for gear. Get through parts once changing spec when needed, then find a spot to farm for gear later.
1) Hydra can be cast through a lot of doors where you have to click open or attack down.
2) You should try and never pick up a health globe when you're at full health.
3) There are special places that you can teleport up or down levels depending on the dungeon design.
4) Take advantage of your followers.
5) Turn your quick join function off so your friends don't hop into your game during a boss encounter and make you lose your follower.
if u can against vortex packs(if they are not too fast), use a kite path that is surrounding a square room if you can, that way if u get vortexd but are turning a corner you will only get vortexd to that corner as it will block the vortex action.
1-When fighting against mortar run in a diagonal way, zig-zag. If you find yourself against waller or jailer, assume that the mortar is gonna be casted forward in your direction, thus pop up crystal skin, approach the enemy and then run off again once the mortar is casted. This is if you don't have teleport.
2-Fighting against fire chains just continously run away until they are out of your vision, pop up hydra (and blizzard if you have it) and continue running.
3-When looking at a new item don't get confused by the damage increase by attack speed, and critical modifiers. They may raise your damage number, but not necessarily increase your DPS. It depends on your build.
