Diablo 3 Patch 1.0.2.9749 Coming Soon
It seems that a new patch for Diablo 3 will be deployed soon, we couldn't find many changes in the files and this is mostly just a giant bugfixes patch.

We need some REAL solutions for all the ingame stuttering problems (and yes.. it IS a software problem!). For example, I've exchanged my ATI radeon 4890 with an ATI radeon 6950 (which should be faster in any sense of the way), but ingame I experience MORE stuttering and 'loading' moments when encountering new creatures or events.. its ridiculous!! And i'm not the only player with a pretty decent gaming pc who has these problems.
Also, the lag on the Europa server is horrible, I have a fast internet connection and ping about 180-200 ms average.. never had this in my entire life in any other game!
Edit:
Also, for the ati users, the 12.3 catalyst drivers seem to be less affected with the stuttering problems compared to the latest 12.4 drivers.
Yes it is, i run a Alienware with 16gb ram, a 6970, diablo + windows on my SSD and so on and i also have stuttering at times.
So yes, its very much a software problem and btw, my windows is a fresh install with virussoftware and so on, so dont even try peeps.. :/
Yeah...it's always the "software" and never the persons pc, right.

Actually I hear too much people blaming the PC and not the software. When you see some isolated cases it's easy to assume it's the end user. But for brand new software with obvious server-side issues in the first week, you should really err on the side of what makes more sense.
Wow, the game has just been released, and a new patch! So quickly!
It would be great to see the "Bonus Minimum Physical Damage". As for me, I was a bit disoriented when seeking for this type of weapons over RMAH
People, remember this is just the part they could recover from the patch files. These are in no way the official patch notes or ALL the patch notes for that matter. Let's patiently wait for Blizzard to release the patch notes. They are usually very good at those.
Even the best engineers in the world are going to struggle to track down what is specifically causing some top end machines to suffer stuttering and slowdown issues while many others do not. I have a fairly top end machine and do not have any issues at all.
This can always be an issue with PC games and why developing for them can be harder than consoles. The vast array of potential hardware that your game is run on can spring up incredibly hard to track down issues with your software.
really adding tax to rmah? money hungry much? also how about fixing it to where you can freakin move if you have the full map open cuz that shit is so damn annoying.

first and foremost, they are not 'adding tax' there has always been tax for countries/states were it applies, they are simply adding new/more messages about it. Even if they were adding it...seeing as they don't get the money.... not sure how that makes them money hungry, laws are laws.
Theres nothing to 'fix' they made the map like that on purpose, theres even a blue post about it =P But I agree, it is a bit annoying
You are very much correct in your statement that this was a deliberate design choice, Caelestis. We did not want to have the Diablo II scenario where people just stared at a dot on a map to guide themselves through an area. We made the map full screen, completely opaque and prevented commands from being sent while it is open to stop this from occurring. We also like the concept that your character has to take a few moments and stop so that they can get their bearings

Don't even try peeps? Really? Antivirus software is for the most part complete $h1t. Nothing but a system resource hog. Try uninstalling it and then giving the game another go. If you think antivirus software will help you then you are a fool. Anyone with basic common sense about the way the internet works doesn't need such crap on their PCs. Just MHO.

It's not impossible to deal with, but noticeable.

LOL!!!
Barb buff maybe, but Wizard won't be getting nerfed. The whole build is awesome at killing bosses, but gets raped by anything that can hit it.
