Well the way some people go on convinced that the Next Gen MMO is diablo despite this information would indicate many people have not taken this on board. A new person can be forgiven for pointing this out, even if it is for the fiftieth time.
I hope it is diablo because I hated on world of warcraft joining a vent server and your playing with like a 4 year old... i remember like 7 years ago i was scared of diablo till i killed him lol.. but now im fine
Lol i was the same way im like ummm...im getting pwned. about 50 minits later hes lieing on the ground im like OH YEA@!!!!!!

Anyways I haven't read through all the posts so this may have been said before, but I'm just wondering, isn't it possible that D3 can be a MMO game without being "like world of warcraft"? Since that seems to be what everyone is afraid of, I don't think there's any reason to believe that Blizzard's new MMO will be an mmoRPG (since this would compete directly with WoW).
I mean, its totally possible to have a game that plays just like the Diablo series we love (aka 2-d hack n slash), and still allow for 100 people to walk through the streets of Tristram, or a 40-man raid on Diablo's lair. It would just mean a change in the way experience is earned or quests are accomplished. It seems like a natural progression and an innovation in the area of MMO games for Blizzard to take this style of play and adapt it for the MMO era.
Well i almost done care as long as its good it has a good storyline and its hard
