According to steam I have just spent 44 hours on a single playthrough of a game that I have played through a dozen times before many years ago. Sure, it can go faster, but why? You can explore so much.
Back then it was THE role playing game with the best story a video game has ever seen (still true imo, could have been a book) combined with the fantastic world of Dungeons & Dragons.
Playing such an old game is unimaginable for many players and that's where the enhanced edition kicks in. We now have an up to date resolution, better performance and nice menus. Sure, the graphics still don't look "realistic", but I actually prefer those beatifully painted trees over some ugly realistic ones (for example)

So, unless you're in the RoS beta, I'd suggest everyone to give it a shot, whether you have already played it or not. Especially if not
