I still have my $63 b.net balance which I did accumulate during the early days of RMAH way back last year, it was before when I have paypal account - so my expansion for D3 is already free!
What? D3 launched mid 2012. If you move everything D3 related over by that same amount, then the first D3 expansion that would have dropped in mid 2013 will drop in late 2013.
Don't forget that the people that should have been working on the expansion have been busy making patches that they had no plans to make (paragon lvls etc...). My guess is Q2 2014.
