i think we should keep them closed. i doubt they will have a last minute blizzcon. events like those are planned and advertised way in advance to assure that ppl go. we can open our eyes january and keep them open with clothespins because thats when i think they will bring out the game and have blizzcon. i am still very hopeful however about a announcement this year. maybe on november 3rd, seeing how thats my birthday ^^
I personally think Blizzard has there hands full. They were supposed to be making a Star Craft movie, but that kept on getting delayed, WOW came out and the high demand for WOW. They need to focus on the franchise that started it all and give their customers at least a final game to compete against the other franchises.

This small piece of information just may prove that another sequel to the Diablo franchise is upon us.

I told you people Blizzard is going lame. T, MMO, and what else...Pay to PLAY.
I know when they cooked the North crew they fried any chances of making diablo 3 a diablo game. They going full 3d now.
The North crew got fired because the game they were working on "just wasnt fun to play". I bet my life savings it was most fans expectations and then some.
But, it wasnt mmo so vivendi handed down the wrath of corprate decision making. No M now either.
by my word as a paladin, i will challenge you. if blizzard does not produce a diablo or starcraft game in the next 4 years that is full to your expectations, i will force my own weapon into my chest. yes, one of the weapons im slashing blocks with below.
yes it had. i think blizzard is better off seceeding from vevindi, it would so much better since vivendi is a french company and blizzard is american. it should be the other way around. that is manifest destiny.

That was stupid too. They fired they're diablo crew because they didn't do a good job, WTF. Look how big Diablo is. In designing a games, there will be no perfect game. There are always things to add or modify.

For Hell to claim Armeggedon, Heaven will claim cleansing. Whatever the outcome of the war might be, his holyness will rise for the Light and claim those souls of the damned.
Maybe they fired the Diablo team because they wanted to do something outrageous with the Diablo franchise, such as making a game similar to Hellgate London, which has most of the Diablo team's former members working on it.
With all of the evidence in this forum, from the interview, the "mistaken diablo 3 advertisement", and other sources, there shouldn't be any more arguements if the game is coming out.

Those before me shall quiver in my wake as I unleash the fury within!
Blizzard didn’t make any allusions about a possible Diablo 3, but this didn’t stop rumors from circulating.
After Bill Roper’s resignation,
it looked like there wouldn’t be any sequel to Diablo, even though Blizzard North had started to look for experienced designers.
But after Ropers’s announcement that his new studio will launch Hellgate: London, an employee of the Bratislava Symphony Orchestra posted on DiabloII.net information according to which the orchestra is currently working at the soundtrack for Diablo 3.
Actually, the information was received as an e-mail whose content was this:
“I am musician in Czech Republic. I play not with one orchestra but with many depending on work. I have recently been to Bratislava in Slovak Republic for recording sessions with local Radio Symphony Orchestra, where we just recorded music for Diablo 3.”
The information might contain some truth, because the same orchestra recorded the music for the add-on of Diablo II: Lord of Destruction.

It was a stupid reason im sure. Some high up fuck probably took an off hours tour of the studioe and cought some one misbehaving.
They were mortified. They took action.
