Movement -
Movement is based on a grid. Characters may move up,down, left or right. Players are not allowed to move diagonally. Players can move through other players but cannot land on the same square. To say where you want to move to, simply give the coordinates of your final location (E,8). The amount of squares you can move depends on your class. Brutes and Gambits can move up to three squares and Marksman can move up to four. If you do not want to move, just say "stay".
Attacking - To attack an opponent, give the coordinates of the zombie you want to attack along with its corresponding number (F,10 zombie 1). The target must be in range of your weapon. Check here for weapon range.

Rolling - All rolling will be done by me (or Junction3 in my absence). All dice rolls are completely randomly generated.

Turns - Everybody will post their turn before the update is done. However who ever posts their move first, will be updated first. Therefore, if Player A posts to attack Zombie 1 and then Player B attacks zombie 1, Player A's turn will roll first. If Player A kills Zombie 1, then Player B's attack is canceled.
On each turn, you are allowed to use 1 item, move, use a skill, and attack. The order in which you give your commands, is the order they will take place. For example - "move to (A,3) use smash, attack zombie (A,4), use band-aid". First your character will move, then activate their skill, attack and then use the item.
Map Legend -
objects with red outlines can not be moved onto or through.
objects glowing yellow can be smashed in for a chance at an item (you cannot attack a zombie the same turn you smash an object).
objects glowing green can be opened only with the lock-picking skill. (you cannot attack a zombie the same turn you open an object).
Characters - Please refer to the Character Thread often to make sure what your player has and is capable of. If you use an item/skill you don't have, it will not work and those actions will be canceled.
3 Day Cycle - Every round will last a maximum of 3 days. You may post once each round. If a player has not posted within the 3 days, their turn will be forfeited for that round. If the player has not moved in 3 cycles, the player will be removed from the game. If all players have posted before the 3 day cycle, an update may occur. The 3 day cycle begins when the update is posted.

In a very common city a not so common event occurred. What began as just a "flu virus" quickly spread through out the city. The plague swept through the city infecting almost every person in just a few days. At first, the infected became ill and sluggish, many couldn't move from their beds. But this was soon replaced by rage and hunger. The infected became violently, attacking the few who were not infected. Hunger for their brains was the only thing to satisfy their needs.
Without a cure, the government had no choice but to quarantine the entire city. Blocking off anyone form going in, and more importantly, getting out. A few random citizens wandered through the streets hopeless of survival. The citizens eventually found each other and formed a group to increase their chances. Banded together, the group decided that in order to survive, they would have to fight back. Each equipped with their own talents and abilities, the group worked together in an attempt to survive this horrific ordeal. [/HR]
