I've been putting almost all my stats in strength and defense thus far. Just seemed to make sense to me for a barb style.
Should I be putting anything into Magic? Or Dex?
Is it me or do the destroyer's skills seem to be lacking? I'm looking for the best "berserk" or "bash" option for a boss-type situation (most dmg skill for 1 opponent)... anyone know what the best skill for that is?
Magic maybe - if your skills suck mana or a sweet item has a magic req - Dex, probably no, like Diablo, you can't really be a dominant melee and range guy at the same time. The 200+ damage in level 15+ you'll want will probably have a 30+ req in one or the other.
My destroyer has 24 life leach level 7, Dual wield.

VERY hard mode KICKS ASS
it is SOOO much more fun than Normal
Its only hard at first but once you get to around lvl 10 you will start kicking ass
The loot is also better on VERY Hard, at level 11 I have a 204 DPS 1handed weapon
I have weapons that take life upon hitting. When I hit a monster with a normal attack I get +24 HP floating above the monster's head. However, when I use a skill to attack a monster (Slash Attack) I do not get the +24 HP above the monster's head. Do the skill attacks not leach? Or is it just not showing up for some reason?

Im not sure about the skill that will kill bosses most effectively... I started a destroyer and hes level 6.
If you max the passive skills like critical strike, martial mastery, dual wield mastery, it will probably help you deal more damage to single targets.
i dont lose any life at all! BTW i use a sword and shield

Wise ElderBut yes Equinox is right, the spells use weapon damage for attacks, not actual weapons.
