I finally got to Act II tonight. I'm really starting to like my character; I'm sure that means I'm about to get my butt kicked. I haven't died since early in Act I. 'Course, I stayed away from Blood Raven's Workshop, like you recommended, and the Dark Magi's Corner (is that right?) in Act II.

To Stormey: idk for now its sorc. i use teleport and imolation wich is cool but i think my druid is my fav since he is highest lvl no wonder xP

As for the 1hp thing. Put them each into your cube and transmute alone. It will upgrade the charm and you will be able to use them again w/ normal hitpoints.

Meh. Most of those characters are in the first or second act of Hell, and that is where it gets reeeeally hard. It would get so hard that I would literally die every 5 seconds. So I would try another character to see if one class is better than another. Although, every single one of those characters was done without any "runs", just playing straight through.
Honestly, the Necro is probably the best (always my fav class). The Paladin and Barb are a very, very close second. Then Amazon, Druid, Sorc, then Assassin (she suxorz major juevos). But maybe that's partially because of my playing style. I like melee. Or it could be that the most common gear is for the Pally and Barb.
HINT: No matter what class you are, try to be lvl 80 before entering Hell. I started hell anywhere from 65-70 and it is too difficult.
EDIT: Oh, just found out. If you had a character on R5, or any edition before R6, you will need to convert your character stats. Luckily Tsuru was nice enough to include a character converter in the update. It is in your start menu folder. Just load a character, and click update, then save. This will make the character a bit more competetive since the difficulty was bumped up a tiny bit in R6.
Also, you know how all your jewels turned red? You can update them the same way as the charms. Put em in the cube and transmute.

Tombs Duriel is so easy to kill but Marsh of Pain Duriels (plural) really are a pain, woosh. They pop out of nowhere too - I jumped in my chair a couple of times, hehe.

Well we have a lot of people on hamachi now. You think we could get a 4-6 (8 might be too laggy? But we could give it a shot) co-op campaign going? We'll have the person who hosts the matches posted up here, their IP address, and everyone's info sheets (User name, char name, character, build, etc). We could also post the common time when we could all get together? Possibly for Co-op ES Campaigns we should just have another thread and have the thread maker update it?

I am free 0500-1500 (GMT) every day pretty much. I am getting a new schedule starting on the 2nd of June (transferring departments), so I will update as soon as I know what it is gonna be.
Oh, what lvl of characters are you all using? My lowest character is a lvl 50 assassin, that I gave up on. Should I start a new character?
I just read the new patch and was wondering... is this still Diablo? or is it something similar. I saw that alot of things have changed. And what is Himachi? if this is still Diablo i'd like to try. im guessing that if i did install this patch it wouldnt change anything in the D2: LoD world would it? could someone help i think im confusing myself to no end...

It installs a whole new game, none of you're lod files will change, so you can play either one. Hamachi is simply a networking program that lets you join a ip/tcp game with other people on the network. Since there is no battlenet for es, you have to use hamachi. Its all really simple.

I can play somewhere around these times during the week 18:00-24:00, depending on what time I get home from work and unwind, and weekends depends on what I have going on.
I have no problems starting a new char up. I have been wanting to try a druid or maybe a necro. (I've not tired either before.)
