so one of the biggest “new” features of Diablo 4 is the Open World concept. So you can go to one of hundreds of different ‘villages’ that will be shared by dozens if not hundreds of other players and you can Clan-up, trade and team up to do dungeons together and there’s even World Events that everyone can participate in. ‘Dungeons’ are not open world and are private just to the people who entered in a party.... so exactly like WoW. Cough.*
So what do you think? Is this a good or bad addition to the diablo universe? Before the whole game was basically only ‘Dungeons’, so they are just adding this extra large open world to make it feel like much more of a community than D3 did, which sucked balls because you couldnt even trade anything to anyone and basically was a pure solo game.
Personally I loved trading in D2 and I really missed it in D3 and it was one of the biggest reasons I quit. So bringing back trading is awesome but depending on how loot-drops work, this world event thing might just only benefit certain players who play 24/7.
