I took a break a while back and havent played for a few years. I've come back on and it no longer says i have the full game or any of my characters? I had bought the game from a shop and don't have the copy of the code anymore ( I doubt it would work again anyways) I'm totally lost, is to where they have all gone? Can anyone please shed a light on this? I've tried logging on to a different account to see if was on my other account, but that was completely fresh aswell?
If you log into battle.net, the code gets saved under your account there, so you should be-able to re-download it if needed, as for the characters make sure your not trying to load into the PTR.

are you in the right region? if so and the problem persists you'll have to contact blizzard support.
