I was thinking maybe the WD could have a couple more high-level spells, as well as the Barbarian. I was thinking of some cool spells. Hope you like.
1. Obliterate - Obliterate is kind of like a D2 curse, it is cast over a certain range length and all of those creatures begin to grow stronger but over a certain amount of time they will immediately die.
Max SP Invest: 5-10
Effects
Obliterate Level 1 - Enemies + 5% Dmg + 5% To hit, 60 second delay, 1,2" Radius Obliterate Level 2 - Enemies + 10% Dmg + 10% To hit, 55 second delay, 1,4" Radius Obliterate Level 3 - Enemies + 15% Dmg + 15% To hit, 50 second delay, 1,6" Radius Etc. Etc.
Ex. A pack of new creatures called Storm Dwellers are quite strong and the WD might not be able to handle them without the help of a couple spells. He decides to use Obliterate and the Storm Dwellers gain +25% dmg and + 25% To hit. It's only 25% because the WD only invested 3 points into this skill. After 30 seconds the Storm Dwellers slowly die off because of Obliterate's effect.
Rating - ?/5
2. Incinerate - Incinerate casts a deadly firestorm over a length and slowly begins to dmg all enemies in that radius. It also causes enemies to move slower.
Max SP Invest: 5-10
Effects
Incinerate Level 1 - 5-20 Fire dmg per 3 seconds, 1" Radius, 5 Seconds, 3% slow Incinerate Level 2 - 10-30 Fire dmg per 2.5 seconds, 1,2" Radius, 8 Seconds, 5% slow Incinerate Level 3 - 20 -50 Fire dmg per 2 seconds, 1,3" Radius, 13 seconds, 8% slow Etc. Etc.
Ex. Five Skeletons have been spotted by the WD. At level 2, these creatures are quite strong for him, and this could very well be his last battle. He casts Incinerate Level 1 in front of him, causing them to take Fire dmg per 2.5 seconds, it slows them down 5%, and it will stay there for 8 seconds. The WD now has time to pick off his enemies with different spells.
are these actually real new skills for D3? cuz they look like it would be awesome...(off topic)btw some idiot posted a week ago on blizzcon 08 vid when they announced Diablo 3 that they "changed" there mind and are not going to make Diablo 3 i was like you freaking retard they have 4 classes now and most of the game finished ofc there making Diablo 3...but looks like it would be pretty cool

It's a good idea for curse. I just think you shouldn't mess around with numbers you kno. The way you putted it looks a very bad spell (you give a great buff to your enemies but only after a huge amount of time they die...This skll is very useless since 30 seconds in Diablo is lifetime).
Instead of instant kill it should do some fixed and high amount of damage but the spell would have a fairly small duration.
But the spell idea is very strategic. You can cast it on enemies and try to use another spell to counter the drawback, like horrify or mass confusion. Really nice sinergy.
Rating 4/5 (4 For the GREAT idea and -1 for the bad values).

It looks like theres already a spell like this and it's called "Pit of Fire" so this spell seens a bit redudant. Nice idea though !
Rating 3/5 (3 For the nice idea, -2 for the fact he already have the spell!).
I will post here my own Skill Idea for the Witch Doctor, hope you like it !
Name: Bad Mojo Skill Tree: Zombie Type: Curse/Debuff Effect: The Witch Doctor sets a curse on target enemy filling him with a negative energy that are very attractive to the witch doctors undeads. All your minions will focus his attack on the cursed fue, get a movement speed bonus and feed uppon the enegy, restoring HP. Why this spell is cool?: Because it allows you to do a very crazy micro management by choosing the exect target you creatures should focus. See that shaman back there just ressing the little ones? Curse him and see your minions devouring his bones ! It also is a fun way of heal your minions.
Rune Effects:
Hydra (multistrike): Instead of curse a fue you curse a area. Your minion will move to this area and attack the closest enemy. Whenever they fight inside that area they restore HP. Allows you to use your skill in a more versatily way. Power: The curse not just attracts minions and given then leech, but also greatly reduces the target defence, increasing the damage dealt. Just improve the skill in it's original form. Viper (letality): When a cursed enemy dies a spirit pet is summoned and fight at your side for some time. With this target small targets for fast pet reproduction is a good choice. ??? rune: Allows you to target yourself or a allie. The pets will protect the "cursed" target and attacking any attacker. Allows you turn turn the curse in a defensive skill !
That's a really cool idea, but I don't think it really fits the Witch Doctor's style of summoning. His pets are more disposible, just potential damage dealt. This skill would be cool if the Necromancer got it, should he return in an expansion.
I dunno about that. Most reviews of the WD gameplay said his pets are basically meat shields just like necro's and druid's pets.

Who’s that drinking their soda? It looks like… Vlad the Viking and Sleepy Whale!Congratulations to Sleepy Whale on being featured for Snapshot Sagas! Thanks for this news, Mousyblack. It looks like Vlad has another big tale, too:Soaring among the clouds was amazing! The friendly pilot from Nabooti was kind enough to aid me in my search for more Poptropicans to photograph, and we took to the skies. The noisy contraption, called an “airplane”, took us swiftly through the air, and for the first time I was silent with awe. My bliss did not last long, however, as the pilot shouted for me to put on a pack containing a “parachute”. I didn’t hesitate to don this parachute once the flying machine started making sickly sputtering noises while it sped toward the earth. I jumped and pulled the parachute’s rope.Landing on the clouds, I came across a purple giant with a golden egg. I found my way to the ground by following directions given to me by the giant, and was overcome with a terrible thirst!“The Soda Pop Shop is the best place on Early Poptropica to find a soda!” A friendly Poptropican informed me.NFL jerseysI was soon sipping a soda and chatting with a talkative fellow named Sleepy Whale. We spoke of the weather and of all things ice cream. It came time for me to go, but before I left I took a photo of my new friend! Thanks Sleepy Whale!Remember to keep your eyes peeled, you may be the next one featured on Snapshot Sagas!NHL jerseys

agree !!!!
"stay close to me"
"attack who you want"
"attack who i attack"
"Defend me!"
etc etc
and sorry if this is already a skill but while were at it.
"Head shrink"
Deal 200 head shrinking damage to target, and render them useless to cast spells because their brain is smaller ^.^
